Burger (double cheese) was a little dry, tasted like it wasn't very fresh & not enough mustard or ketchup. They did get the... order right though. Service was okay. *(Update)* We recently stopped by this McDonald's again for breakfast this time & had avery negative experience! They have 2 lanes for drive thru, we went to one & waited over 5-6 mins at the speaker before anyoneeven assisted us in taking our order. We then ordered a meal with a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown, & coffee. Our overall waittime was absolutely ridiculous! Like I said, all we ordered was one meal & upon pulling up to the window, we were told that we'dhave to pull up to wait even longer (after an already lengthy wait!) because apparently they were waiting on more hashbrowns. Itwas around 10am, with these being a popular menu item during breakfast, why weren't they already prepared, seeing as manybreakfast meals come with them? So we pulled up to wait as directed in the assigned spot & were actually forgotten! The younglady who waited on us told me that it would only be another minute, I should have known better, because if that were true, shewouldn't have needed me to pull up to even wait at all! My fiance had to actually go inside after several more minutes, becausethey forgot about our hashbrown, even after the long wait period! This happened on our way to a medical appointment, we hadhoped for quick service & a fast meal. So much for either!! They also gave us the wrong sandwich with the order. Verydisappointed. Won't be back. Usually the city has good fast food service, apparently not the case here! McDonald's, you havelots of customers regularly, especially at this busy location. Please try to do better! This is one of the most dirty, disgusting, and ill ran Mcdonalds Ive ever seen. There is chewed up food on the bathroom sink... counter, blood spots on the floor the last time I was there, greasy finger smudges all over the entrance door, garbages overflowing with trash and everybody working there acts like its normal. Im about to call the Dept of Health. Read more

There was no at the front counter to take orders. So I used selfservice kiosk. Only order 3 drinks. Ice coffee and 2 soft... drinks. Two food orders done after me came out first. I notice no one was manning the cafe station. One employee made a drinkfor the drive thru but never check the board for other. When I asked were my ice coffee from the employee that made the otherdrink just walk away. Another employee (manager) made it and I stated I also here 2 mid soft drinks. She was so rude andbasically throw the cups at me. When I question her actions she was ready to start a fight. A simple sorry for the delay and Iwould haven't thought twice. Read more
Fast service and a clean restaurant: a nice find for a franchise that is usually a little messier. Also, no promises, but it... seems as though they fixed the curb so that if you are approaching the place and McDonald's is on your right it will no longereat your tire if you pull in the wrong way. If you are not accustomed to going to a McDonald's, don't expect any guidance fromthe staff. They expect that you know what you are doing, and the self-order kiosks seem to be the preferred way to directcustomer traffic. No one was rude though, just busy. Read more
Please please don?t go there. Every time I say no onions I get onions. I was so done today to think that they did a good job. I... ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions and a McChicken with only mayo. I got two regular cheeseburgers with onions. Iusually try to check my bag before I leave but I?m in a hurry. Great service at 12:30 in the morning. Was waiting for my daughter to get in to Worcester Airport and needed some food at that... hour. Super friendly staff at the drive-through. Always great burgers and fries. Read more
Staff were very friendly and very accommodating with me as I've never used the McDonald's app before but I recently downloaded... it to get deals and they have a lot of good deals through the app and a lot of cool coupons to use the food was fast and wastypical McDonald's food nothing wrong with it and the staff was very nice kind and accommodating to me Read more
