My family ordered drinks, salad, soups, and entrees all at once. Their sodas came out first. My glass of wine came out with our... bread sticks, soup, salad, and our entrees. Menu price for a glass of sweet pink moscato is $7.50, I was charged $8.75. My partyordered 2 soups; missing spoons and there was a wait for beverage refills. 2 Tour of Italys were ordered from my table, we hadto ask for extra Alfredo sauce for the fettuccine pasta; in which we were charged extra, for the lack of portion size served bythe kitchen. My party asked for a second basket of bread sticks 3 times. As we finished our meals we asked for a box for thesalad as it wasn’t touched due to the entrees being served the same time as the other food items were served; we asked forbread sticks to go. Bread sticks never made it to the table. The food, service, and prices were awful this time around. 5 staffmembers stand at the front to greet people; why is no one helping servers when there is a 20 minute wait to be seated?(unacceptable) Too many staff members on the floor near the kitchen on their phones. Perhaps the company needs to focus ontraining their staff properly during peek hours. Poorly managed in my opinion. The Worcester location has a lot of work to doand do not deserve a 4.1 star rating. This is by far the absolute worst Olive Garden location in the entire world! Started from entry when we stated that we need a... table for 2. The host studies the seating sheet for a good couple minutes before deciding where we sit. Then we walk to thetable and are seated. I look around and notice the table is dirty with what appears to picked off fingernails on the table. Iinformed the waitress, whom wiped the table as we were sitting there, rather than simply moving us to the clean table availablenext to us?! I did not mention the dirty seat or the absolutely disgusting floor that contained the previous patrons fork, sugarpackets and some food that dropped. We ordered our food immediately so we could get started on the never ending pasta bowlpromotion that was being offered. I informed the waitress of the promotion, as she seemed to be unfamiliar with it!?? We askedfor soup and salad, because it came with the promotion. These came out pretty quickly, surprisingly. We consumed this and evenordered more salad and another soup. Finally after eating soup and salad for an hour I had to stop, hoping for my main course toarrive. Finally they bring the pasta bowls, now that I'm pretty full on soup and salad. I ordered another one immediatelybecause I knew it would be eternity before I recieved it. They did not disappoint as I sat and waited and waited and waited forme refill. Finally it arrived and the sausage appeared to undercooked. I ate it anyway. Got bill and noticed I was charged 9.99for endless soup and salad. When questioned the waitress tried to justify the charge, until I showed her the sign on the table,explaining the promotion. Took the 9.99 off but then after I paid, I realized I was charged 3.99 and 1.99 for the refill of themeats which was attempted justification from tge waitress but also supposed to be included in the promotion. We wanted to try this place again . Their food is very good. The waitress was super nice, friendly and attentive. I asked for... soup and salad. I had chicken gnocchi soup and it was so delicious then, I tried Italian beans and pasta and it was good aswell. My husband had the five cheese ziti which was really good . Also I recommend to try the blue Amalfi coctel it was so good.Btw their bread is so delicious ???? Read more
