Manager Steve is fantastic. Well correction all the staff there is amazing, but he is usually the one helping me at the counter.... Always a clean restaurant, foods always done on time, and never misses the mark with the flavor profile! Went there after being refused a meatball sub from Subway. Quick to order and pay, took over 20 minutes for the kid behind the... kitchen counter to make a small meatball sub with extra cheese to go which was overpriced. I got an 8" sub roll with a ton ofsauce and 2 1" meatballs and a paper thin slice of cheese. Won't go back to their again. Read more

Had a great experience recently at this Papa Gino's. Staff - especially Celi and Billie Jo - were really pleasant and fun to... deal with and provided a great customer experience! Have to agree with other reviews I've seen here - it appears that the newStore Manager, Steve, has really done great things for this location. This is just pushing it it should be a zero . Tonight we ordered from Papa Gino's here are photos of the food, completely... horrible. It was almost unedible, extremely doughy and there was no paper underneath the pizza to protect it from Germs. My dad was on the phone waiting for someone to pickup for 20 minutes then decided to drive down to Papa Gino's and they wereclosing and all I could was get a minimum credit for one if 3 pizzas ???? very disappointing one of my family's favorite placesto go.
