This is my go-to place for good al-dente pasta with creative menu that gets updated weekly/bi-weekly. It's a small little... restaurant in the Worcester Public Market so I would call ahead for dinner reservations. Great date spot! Read more
My experience here was hands down epic. I was highly intrigued to visit after hearing about the hand-made pasta and weekly menu... changes. I was so not disappointed. The porcini pappardelle was rich and incredibly flavorful. Very pricey but worth it for aspecial occasion. The staff was also very friendly which made me feel right at home. Read more
I had lunch here today, and this is my fifth time eating at Pasta Mani. Each time I have come here, I've had a great experience... with the staff, the atmosphere, and the food. They're consistent. I was initially a little hesitant to sit in and eat here, asWorcester Market seemed sort of loud and hectic (for me), but the layout is cleverly designed, and actually provides for whatfeels like a low key and intimate experience. Great wine selection, fresh food with a weekly menu that changes based on localmarkets and to what's in season, and very fair prices for the quality. The staff and chef add to an absorbing atmosphere. It'sfun to be able to see into the kitchen! There is a giant glass window to view the chef (enthusiastic in his work) as he prepsand cooks. Today, I had the octopus. It's phenomenal. It exceeded my expectations. I would advise calling ahead and making areservation, as seating is limited. It would be a bummer if you showed up and they were full, so be smart and plan ahead! Allin all, I'm really glad this place is around. One of the best meals money can buy in Worcester. Perfect texture & flavors with interesting ingredients. Great wine list. Worth... every penny. Tip: Visit in the afternoon. Legit, best, highest quality pasta meal we ever had in USA and it is accessible to you right in... Worcester. Pasta meal qualities transported us back to the Marche region of Italy. Chef is front and center, working hard tocreate the fresh, hand cut pasta and cooking it to perfection.
