It seemed like we got caught in a rush and our first round of food was cold and didnt taste very fresh. When we came back and... told the manager Manny. The manager apoligized and he was extremely professional about the whole ordeal and replaced my orderwith fresh food and I just was treated very well over all and taken serious and that meant a lot to me. I went today, although the management was horrible for years recently. It?s changed, they got a new manager or something. The... food was perfect, the employees were nice and the manager even gave a homeless man a small free meal for the night. After enjoying some memorable and delicious meals here, my recent order I?ll describe as tragic and utterly disappointing. I had... my wife stop to pick up an order of food for dinner last night. I usually love the food, so I ordered almost $60 worth to reheatfor the following days lunches and dinners. Firstly, I was surprised to find out that when you order a meal which includes twoside that Mac n cheese is ?no longer a ?regular? side?. To get Mac n cheese as a side an additional $1.50 is charged. Mythought, ?either it?s a side or it isn?t.? There are ways to absorb the cost of food without having a surcharge on certainsides. Then my wife got home from her 30-minute drive to find out my credit card was charged for a chicken sandwich which theyforgot to put in the bag. Right after that I discovered that my box of shrimp was nothing more than scrapings from the bottom ofthe fry basket. Honestly, there was about 5-6 very over fried, chewy, stale shrimp, and the rest were burnt shrimp pieces,pieces of fried batter, and who knows what. It wasn?t shrimp. To make my experience even worse, I tried to call the restaurantto complain and couldn?t get through - AT ALL! I might give this branch one more try as we have no other Popeyes in the area.The chicken, over-priced sides, and the apple pies were good but the rest was ridiculous. I may just have to go back to KFC. Itry to be patient with an occasional mess up but this was ?above and beyond? normal mess ups. At the least, if you order takeout, drive-thru, or to go, take the time to pull over or go to an empty table and check everything in your order. Read more
Went in and ordered a number 1 classic meal and they just threw my fries in the bottom of the bag like they where trash. The... chicken sandwich was slapped together and the employees where very rude they legit threw my food at me, wasn't even busy at alland managers just don't care, place needs to be remanaged. I think this popeyes has no management at all,been looking bad reviews but still no change in customer service,had worst... experience,order was messed up and when asked for condiments took 11 minutes after asking again and again,i was looking thosewere just a hand away,in the meantime food was gone cold ,may be it was on shelf for longer period. I was so excited to see this restaurant open up originally, and it has increasingly gotten worse over the years. I?m not sure... who is running this place, but the parking lot to start, is absolutely trashed and the inside needs a health inspector asap. Theamount of food and trash on the floors is disgusting. The staff is always very rude has no interaction. The drive thru alwayshas a huge line on the sides where they make everyone pull Over and wait for your food so the ticket times don?t go over(surprised they even care about that). Something needs to be done here, I rarely make reviews but this place is justridiculously terrible, and needs to be reviewed by upper management. This COULD be so much better. Read more
