I?ve been eagerly waiting for this Starbucks to open since its so close to my house. Every single time that we order they always... mess up or miss items from the order. There has been many times that they don't have any hot foods available on a Saturday at 10AM how is that possible?? On top of that we could be the only car waiting in the drive through for our order and it takes up to10-20 minutes to get an incomplete order. I really hope they get it together soon because you are loosing a lot of loyalcustomers. At this point I rather drive to Shrewsbury Starbucks. Read more

Ordered on my phone waited 15 min told them I had a online order then at 30 minutes I asked what was taking so long the didn't... have that drink... They then asked what I wanted and made another 6 drinks before my drink 40 minutes waiting while on my wY towork... Read more

So the app only allows me to order through the drive thru, but other than that there are some really nice people working here... and the food/drinks are always good! Read more

Customer service sucks here on grafton st. This girl who took my order today around 8ish 9am, Didn't catch her name was so rude... she could have politely asked what kind of ice instead of saying ICE WHAT!. I also requested for whip cream and pumpkin sauce ontop and she ask "you want more sauce"?! As if it's so difficult to do! And i was asking for to much ! I don't mind paying extra.Higher ups should really take these reviews in consideration. Reviews are left for a reason so take some action with youremployees. Customer service training would help or hire someone who fits the job description! Read more

What is the point of ordering ahead when they don?t finish it on time? I ordered, app said they would finish at 4:37. I got... there at 4:39 since I was driving during my lunch break I knew it would take around 10 minutes. And I had to wait in the drivethru line while they finished it. There wasn?t any one else in line, mind you, I was legitimately sitting there waiting for themto finish. And I got my drink at 4:49. The next morning I went there again at 6:40 on my way to work. I pulled in I?m thinkingwow I?m lucky there?s no one in the drive thru line. I pull up waiting waiting waiting. Under normal circumstances I?d think arethey open? But the menu screen is on and ready and they open at 5am?.. NOT. The guy politely tells me that they open at 7 sodisregard what the Starbucks app, Google maps, Apple Maps, and Yelp say they open at 7. Read more
