There?s lot of things to say. It is being run very cheaply. They don?t let customers use their bathrooms by putting an out of... order sign on it. Forcing their own customers next door where the neighbor business says they?ve been lying about it for awhile. They don?t accept coupons. I was up charged when the clerk marked one of my 5 sandwiches as a foot long instead of 6inch. I had to go back for a refund. And now I start eating my sandwich and there?s a hair in it. I ordered online with delivery thru DoorDash from the Subway franchise in Fair Plaza on the Worcester/Auburn line. The order (2... bread less bowls) arrived promptly but both items were totally wrong, with ordered veggies not included in both bowls andunwanted items included. I called the store to attempt to rectify matters but the woman who answered just argued with me as towhether the order was in fact wrong (hint: it was). So I won't ever order from this Subway franchise again. There are too manyrestaurants who welcome online orders and who either get them right the first time or make them right upon notice... Rude female owner she yells at a customer because they asked if they take coupons and she responded with ?NO THROW IT AWAY OR... GO? the store smells like a dirty bathroom no wonder no one was in the place. I?d never go back in that subway ever again. Read more

Ordered a sub and the lady touched her face and inside of her mask with the gloves on then proceeded to make my sandwich.... Absolutely disgusting. I work in the food industry as well. Teach your employees to change gloves when touching face and aroundmouth before making a sub with the same gloves on. Read more
I been a costumer for years since they was next to price shopper i went just now 245 walk in raining i have the mask in my face... when i walking in those 2 the have there to day are so rude. If you have a points reward card be careful at this location. What they offer for rewards points does not match the online list.... They made up their own list, which is stingy. The woman at the counter would not let me get the 30 oz. drink for points. I don?tusually go here because they are also stingy with their portions. Now I will never come back. Read more
Food was fresh and store was very clean, haven't been to a subway in many years but I would say this store was a very pleasant... surprise. Will come more often. Read more
