Its a place where you can eat healthy.
Had the sandwich here quite a few times. My problem is not with the sandwiches but the person who is making them. The person ?... white, older, big gentleman with glasses ? is stingy with the topping process, I always have to tell him to put in more of oneor any topping; 5-6 pieces of jalapenos, olives, onions, other smaller cut veggies are not adequate for ANY sandwich. What goodis a sandwich if I am only tasting the meat and not the other veggies? I shouldn?t have to tell you to add more. When you see aslice of cheese being lop-sided on the meat and/or half of it is falling out of your bread, the customer shouldn?t be urged totell you to correct its placement. You do it based on your training and the dimensional purposes of it. How is this not anintuitive thing to do? When you finish a sandwich, PLEASE don?t take away the white sheet. And ESPECIALLY NOT put your handsover it and transfer it to the green sheet!!! Talk about messing the aesthetics and everything falling apart when you open yoursandwich to eat. Why do you do this, man? It makes no sense. Put everything with the white sheet on the green sheet and thenpack it. I haven?t talked to him directly because I think they might be mentally impaired. I don?t want to hurt their feelings.But I hope someone from the franchise have read this review and are able to re-train them. I don?t want them to lose theirjob. I don?t have a problem with any of the other servers, they do a good job in the points I mentioned above. 3/6 changingthe rating to 1. I visited the store again. The new? person behind the food was so STINGY with the veggies, I had to tellhim/her to put more for every single veggie; they were breaking up onions in half, putting like 4-5 pieces of everything. I wasabsolutely flustered inside. I should have not paid for it but I didn't want to be wasteful. F$#^ this store, I am never cominghere again. New customers beware. Read more
