This place has gone downhill! Service is really slow, ordered ahead and still had to wait. There were only a few cars in line... and they took a long time to get the orders together. And they basically closed for 10 to 16 mins and pushed other customersaway. Read more
One of the only Worcester locations where you can order on the app. Food came out hot and ready when I pulled up, nacho fries... were seasoned amazingly well and they hooked it up with the sauce. Def gonna be my Tbell of choice in the area 10/10. Read more
Typical chain restaurant. Affordable. Friendly staff but INSANE wait times (45 mins for 2 combo meals ordered on app)

Came in with my wife on 10/27/22 at around 8:45 and had a horrible experience. The jackass doing drive thru was very rude. After... ordering we where asked to pull up and sat there over 10 minutes. After I went in to see what was taking so long the guy indrive thru finally went out with my order. After commenting on how long it took he told me "well you can see that we're busy".Sad thing is there was only 3 customers inside and only me and my wife in drive thru. Then after he started getting agressivewith me. I did tell him to settle down or he'd get hit. After my wife convinced me to just get in the car he chances after us onfoot. Renovated taco bell and the interior is very nice and have self-service kiosks. Normal taco bell food, I like their Supreme... tacos but don't get much else. If you like taco bell this is a nice one to go to. Read more
