Upon entering the restaurant, my guest and I were greeted by wait staff. We were given the option of sitting at the bar, or in... one of the private booths on the side. We elected to sit in the private booth and were seated promptly without reservations, asthere were not too many customers during the time. Immediately when we were seated we were provided bottled water andcomplimentary sourdough bread paired with some olive oil. The bread, though fresh, was cold and bland. As a result it was leftuntouched throughout the dining experience. Of note, they also have an extensive wine and dinner list. It was hard to choosewhich entrees to try. We ended up ordering three entrees that came with either soup or salad: Sicilian grilled salmon, ziti withroasted chicken, and last but not least, the porkbelly pasta which was featured on their limited pig fest menu for the month ofOctober. While we waited for our entrees, we tasted the rice and chicken soup which was light and flavorful. As for the grilledCaesar salad wedge, it was unappetizing and also left untouched the remainder of the dining service. Our wait staff divided allthree entrees into two for my guest and I, and the portion sizes were good. The Sicilian grilled salmon dish was tasty, Ireally enjoyed the couscous it was paired with. The salmon was a little dry, but still edible. The ziti with roasted chickenand porkbelly pasta dishes were a bit bland. Not to mention, there were barely any porkbelly pieces in the pork belly pastadish. I guess inflation may be taking a toll . It really fell short of expectations given that the porkbelly was supposed to bethe star of the show, but rather the taste of the porkbelly was lost in the tart tomato sauce it was served in. When we weregiven the bill, our waiter was kind enough to gift us peanut butter chocolate chip gelato which was tasty. Good thing my guestand I weren’t allergic! For a popular restaurant in Worcester, being that it was my first time there, I w Read more

VIA is well known in the area for good food and nice atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and attentive and the atmosphere... is very pleasant. Comfortable seating options, appropriate lighting, and plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. The food, however, was definitely mediocre, at least on the night we were there. It was our anniversary, so we opted for pricey dishes, and neither of us were super impressed given the price. If you're looking for really great Italian cuisine, maybe try Russo's.If you're looking for a nice night out as a couple or even a group, VIA is a good option. Read more

The service here is impeccable. The two servers we had were very attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.... The food was also amazing. I highly recommend the surf turf and pasta and upgrading to the grilled Caesar salad. Read more

Mediocre Italian food at best. I expected better to be honest given the price and good ratings. However, I’ve had better... Italian food for cheaper. The service was quite slow and we waited about 30 minutes past our reservation time. Octopus was notfresh and had an odd texture. The risotto wasn’t good and I got sick of it very fast. Read more

Our destination for fine dining Italian. Cozy vibe and friendly staff. The grilled Caesar salad (yes grilled) is one of a kind.... The shrimp scampi is so rich with flavor you ask for more plain pasta just to savor the remaining leftover sauce on the plate.Loved the chicken Parmesan too. Finally the layered crepe cake is a work of art and feels like a comfy bead. Tip: order thesauces on the side, we tried the chocolate and raspberry and there really good but try the cake first without. Read more
