If I could give them zero stars I would. Today November 18, 2022 I arrived at the store for a DoorDash order at 9:16 PM. There... was a white woman, who was older, she was the manager and she was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me when I asked herto please put up a sign for consumers that their lobby is closed because they are shorthanded. Also to boot the crazy managerwas banging on my driver side window. She came out and was taking pictures of my car while threatening to assault me. Allbecause I had to call doordash customer service to verify the order they were refusing to give me. I worked in fast food forover 10 years and I?ve never treated a customer the way that she treated me. Truthfully all these people complaining about howthey want $15 an hour not one of you deserve it especially if that?s how your going to treat a customer like that when all theydo is ask you to do something for the customers which mind you it is your job working in fast food to help customers. Butapparently these people are lazy, incompetent and don?t want to do their job. The Wendy?s on park Ave have nicer and friendlierstaff. Please report this broad to upper management. Read more
If I could negative stars would have, have only used the drive thru here. I am a long time fan of Wendy's but not this one avoid... this is the second issue have had with this location. They did not fill my order got home to find the burger was not in the baghad to go back and was given nothing but rudeness told just pull up thrown a bag no words were said I tried to say somethingthey just closed the window no apology nothing and the burger was the wrong one, wasted 20 minutes of my time and gas. Dining room closed early and the drive threw line was long. Wendys staff seems to work very slow so the line too moves very... slow. I got cold, over salted fries and my burger looked like it was stepped on prior to being wrapped. The food tastes greatbut has an awful presentation and the staff seem to hate their jobs because the service was terrible and slow. I got an attitudefor asking for napkins where there were only 2 in the food bag and my soda was clearly over filled being handed to me woth sodadrips and drops covering the outside of the cup. What i don't quite understand is when i was a teen, fastfood places only paid$3.75hr to work at and the employees were usually embarrassed to see anyone they know while at work or in the uniform. Now i seesigns at almost every fastfood establishment advertising jobs starting at $17&$18 per hour. Of i made that as a teen or evenyoung adult i would have gladly sought employment at any one of those places and held my head high. My point is, if you don'twant to work there and provide great service im more than sure someone else would gladly fill your position. Hell, even nowbeing in my 40's, i too may even consider taking a night job working fastfood just for the spending money. Wendy's, im beggingyou, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This problem is not only singled out to the southbridge stworcester location but runs rampid across almost all your locations ive personally visited. Running on time for scheduled appointment, wasn't late like usually every week, because they are quick! Must have a good... manager? I get my orders wrong commonly among fast food places. Maybe 2 or 3x a week.... Never with this place!!! Read more
I don't usually do chains, but I had to today because the cashier was incredible! I don't remember her name but she was... extremely polite in the middle of a rush with many people waiting in line. More than professional, she deserves a raise! Thefood was decent as Wendy's typically is. The WORST put together order I?ve ever gotten in my entire life. The fries are chewy and cold. Disgusting. The nuggets take like... they have been microwaved 40 times. The burgers I won?t even touch because of how pathetic everything else tastes. If I end upwith food poisoning I know who to see. This used to be the BEST place to get Wendy?s. Now? It?s garbage. The girl taking orders was extremely rude and acted as if ordering was a problem for the sole purpose of her job. The fries were... over cooked and the food was poorly wrapped. I watched an employee eat behind the counter error I waited for my food. Read more
