We are from out of town and ordered pizzas for a party at a local park. We ordered 2 cheese pizzas and 2 supreme pizza dj asked... if they could add pepperoni. The girl who took the order was snippy and short with me for asking a couple basic questions. Whenwe went to pick it up the same girl was not so friendly in person. Soon looking at the pizzas we realized she did not get theorder correct we attempted to explain this is not what we ordered and she insisted we were wrong . We ended up getting pizzathat was honestly mediocre at best and not even what we ordered. My advice to them learn some kindness and good customer service! Read more
Horrible EXPERIENCE. Ordered 2 cheese pizzas. Was over an hour before one of the staff realized that my order was messed up.... Waited another 35 minutes. Keep in Mind; two cheese pizzas cost $76.00. Will never revisit this establishment. Woo Sox shouldevaluate quality of vendors.. Yuck! Read more
I thought this place had good food??? Got a pizza last night and the crust was much heavier than I remembered. It was your... standard pizza shop pizza. Nothing special. The antipasto was a huge disappointment. Iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, onions,chopped olives, a few rolls of ham and cheese and rock hard, unripe, I guess they were supposed to be tomatoes. The food is always amaaaazing!!! One of my favorite places in the city. HOWEVER the last time I was there our waiter was... extremely inattentive which was very disappointing. We were there for a long time simply because of how long it was between thetimes he came back. He spent a lot of time chatting up other folks while we had empty drink cups. Got pizza from them at Polar Park and it was burnt, so we decided to give them another chance and go to the actual restaurant -... the service was so bad and our waitress was so rude that we left without getting anything and went somewhere else. Place hasgone so downhill. Read more
