This was my first time at Gemato's & it was Love at First Bite ?? I had their rib tips, with a side of Mac and cheese and... Garlic mash potatoes & it was amazing. The owner took my order when I called to place the order and he was very courteous.. Ilove their customer service as much as their food. Visiting from Minnesota. We wanted BBQ and smelled the wood smoke driving bye. THOSE RIBS ARE AMAZING! They had a little bit of... char, meat melted right off the bone, sauce was very good. We were headed south when we saw the billboard, hopped off the interstate and came back around. Stopped for the beef ribs, got a... full rack. That's some good stuff right there! Asked them to recommend the sandwich that best showcased their meat, and ended upwith a Brisket Sammy. I'm sold. Great food all around. Try the baklava! Read more
The best ribs I have tasted! They are tender, juicy, and the smoke flavor is perfect! If you're going to cheat on your diet,... this is the place to go! The beer is nice and cold but I would pass on the margaritas unless you like them extra sweet. Garlicbread, fries and coleslaw are all tasty and fresh. Highly recommend. This place is so good my husband and I drove around for35 minutes trying to find it. We had been there before and couldn't exactly remember where it was or the name. Well worth it! Read more
My husband, 4 yr old and I had dinner here on a Friday night. GREAT service. Employees are welcoming and professional from the... moment you walk in, to the moment you leave. We observed the workers wiping down surfaces, chairs and tables as soon ascustomers left from the dining room. The bathroom is VERY clean and well stocked. As for the food, my husband had the brisket &rib tip combo with potato wedges. Our 4 yr old had the grilled cheese with fries from the kids menu and I had the brisket, ribsand chicken combo with a baked potato and Mac&cheese. We also ordered jalapeño poppers and an appetizer basket (friedmushrooms, cheese sticks, onion rings). The appetizers were piping hot ???? (definitely NOT a complaint). My husband loved therib tips but stated that he could do without the brisket (there wasn't anything wrong with it, just preference) and raved aboutthe sauce. My portions were both BIG and good. And the grilled cheese/fries were good and hot too. The only negative comment isthat both my husband and my meats (ribs, chicken, brisket) weren't hot too. They were were warm but we would've preferred hotand that's why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. We'll be back ???? Read more
