I've been to many subways, and often times you'll get employees who just throw on toppings unevenly, or aren't careful closing... the sandwich and toppings fall out, or they wrap it all loose so toppings spill before you open it, etc. But every time I'vebeen to this subway, no matter who is working, it's always been PERFECT. I know it's only a sub shop, but you can tell they allcare about the customer experience a LOT more than your typical food service employee. Read more
The staff was pleasant and the service was good. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the forced tipping I was treated to... when paying with my credit card. I was immediately turned off and probably will not go back. I am not at a sit down restaurant.You did your job. What you get paid to do. No more, no less. I'm tired of this imposed tipping for people who do nothing otherthen their job. If I was at a dinner, bar, or such. And someone actually waited on me, I tip accordingly. I work in the serviceindustry so, I am used to tipping for a service. But, when I come into a Subway, or the ilk. I am not tipping you for doing thejob your paid for. I tip because Bartenders, and waitresses make less then minimum wage and live off their tips. I refuse to tipsomeone for doing there job that they get paid to do. Won't be going back. Read more
I gave them 4 stars because there was only one guy there Friday working and it was quite busy. There were 5 people that came in... after me & I ordered 3 foot longs. The guy did a great job of working hard & trying to keep up. But, when it gets so busy andyou are by yourself, there's only so much you can do. Read more
