Card reader was not working, they tried and I could see other employees smiling/giggling at the situation. Maybe they were... nervous that their card reader was out and had no solution but it could have been been dealt with better. Food was cold and not fresh. The coupons were not applied even though I notified at the drive thru speaker that I had coupons... prior to ordering, asked again when the total didn't make sense and when I handed them the coupons. Sorely disappointed in mydinner choice. I hope customer service, and quality products will be the focus for leadership. Read more

Just a typical Arbys. Nice dining room. I was looking for a salad, but they don't serve salads. Bummer!
