The food was great the buffets were stocked and when I had a question Faith was able to answer my question with a smile and... happy attitude she is a great asset to the company the place looked really good and clean I was very impressed with everythingand everybody. Our visit was very positive. Joe at the counter was very friendly and had a personality that was infectious. The manager was... very friendly and check on us regularly to make sure our needs were met. There was no Buffet at this time of day. Which makesgood business sense. There was fresh food on the salad bar and great pizza. Very good experience. They had recently done someupgrades. They have a new arcade area with video surveillance screens in dining area, to allow you to watch your children whilethey play. Restaurant was clean. Read more
Always a great experience, fresh salad bar, hot out of the oven pizzas, chicken and assorted styles of potatoes, corn, dessert... pizzas, soft serve ice cream and drink machine. Read more
Our family stopped in for lunch. The restaurant was not busy. None of the three employees at the counter greeted us or were... eager to serve us. We grabbed some pizza and salad. Although we noticed some of the plates were not washed. One of theemployees that looks like Dustin from Stranger Things grabbed our plates. Although we noticed the employees working the counterand in the kitchen did more goofing around than working. When we got home, I got sick, mostly likely from the unwashed plates. 4/5 stars because some of the food I got was not as good as I am used to a most Pizza Ranches. This is one of the smaller... ones. But it's still a pizza ranch, so it's very good! However there's a young worker there named Lucas who did an amazing job. He was extremely polite and professional, and even struck up a conversation with me about golf and fishing. Came in during prime buffet time (6:00 pm). Wife just wanted salad bar, but it was barren. We waited 15 minutes for them to... restock it, but they never did, despite half a dozen folks milling around. Finally I went over to the kitchen and told them toquit chatting and start stocking. Must be short staffed, but keeping the buffet stocked isn?t rocket science. Another 5 minutesand they finally had the salad bar replenished. Read more
We love to eat local, but Pizza Ranch needs to up their game a little. We have been there a couple times in the past couple... months for get togethers/parties for kids. The food is almost always out, as in not filled. The salad bar is not tidy at all. Dessert is always gone with many people standing and waiting for the next one. Looking back into the kitchen, you can see it isnot kept very clean. Read more
