The tea is delicious, but they don't care much about the flavors of the toppings you order. My bf is allergic to strawberry, so... we ordered mango/blueberry bubbles and coconut jellies and we both got a mix of all kinds of jelli flavors (including differentshapes of red jellies/bubbles) He was hesitant to drink it and we had to separate all the strawberry jellies before he couldeven try it (which took as quite a while). My daughter and her friend approached the store 15-20 minutes before closing, excited to get bubble tea. The person working,... locked the door, frowned and waved her finger at them to go away. I have a feeling it was the same employee I encountered whowore her mask below her nose and seemed frustrated to have to tend to customers when she was more interested in her phone. My least favorite of the bubble tea places I have been. But it's still good and their juices are great.
I love this place. My friends and I always go here when we feel like walking around old worthington after school. The reason why... I didn?t give this place 5 stars was because if I asked for extra bubbles, they charge me way more and give me barely anymore.Bubbles(& jellies) are so good, but if I ask for extra, GIVE ME EXTRA! ???????? I love the product, but the service was horrible. I walked in on a Saturday and was greeted by three young employees who acted... very childish and continued to eat food as they made my order. They then decided to have a condescending conversation about aminority. And as a minority I personally feel offended. I would rather make the drive all the way downtown to get bubble teathan to walk 6 feet from my house to go to this location. Once again the product is great, but the service at this particularlocation is sub par and not worth a visit. Read more
Love the product and the people are really sweet. However just be fore-warned that the hours they are open are not as... advertised online. I used to go all the time, then the hours changed for winter. Less business, less hours, it makes sense butthe times they were open just became too inconvenient and I could never seem to make it. I was so excited when they advertisedthat they would be going back to normal hours so I went today around noon and...guess what- they changed their hours again andagain they were not open. Don't set you heart on it and certainly don't make a special trip like I did, there's no guaranteethey will be there. Very disappointing. Read more
