Stopped for a late bite to eat after a hectic busy day only to find the KFC was take out or drive thru only ????. Really tired... of the apparent disappointing excuse for customer service. Absolutely ridiculous service. I didn't even order just drove off and went to the McDonalds across the street. So I hope they... like losing customers because of awful customer service. I arrived 1 hour prior to closing and they first told me the cardmachine was down. Then when I said I would pay with cash everything I said I'd like to order they were magically out of and theyeven told me the only this they were selling was bone-in wings and pot pies neither of which my 6 year old eats. They were to lazy to cook chicken at 1:30 on a Sunday so they told me I had to get my 16 piece bucket half krispy and half... original. I was told they were out of chicken. Last time I went here to get chicken wings they for got the sauce so I brought itback to store with the expiration I was going to get a new batch of chicken with sauce. Instead I got the same cold chicken backso I went back to the store and told them it was cold and all they did was warm it up I had talke. A bite of the chicken and itwas still in the container bitten off of. I am 99% sure this is a health code violation. This place is the worst restaurantever! Very POOR service! They all need to be fired and a whole new crew needs to come on! They don?t wanna do their jobs! They yelled... at me then wouldn?t let me come in the store! Chicken was pretty good but the people taking the order at the drive through need people skills bad. They get paid to just talk... to you and find out what you want and they act like they are doing YOU a favor just coming to work and doing THEIR job. Worstcustomer service I've ever had. She was just nasty because I had to repeat the order 3 times. I had to repeat it 3 times causeshe kept screwing it up. Real easy too. 12 piece chicken crispy and coleslaw and Mash potatoes. I just order my food, i order 4 piece chicken tenders. My tenders was hard and rubbery. And the mac was scrap from the bottom.... On top of that my food was cold, was not able take it back due to i had to go back to work!!!! This is unacceptable Read more
