Some of the worst, slowest service I've had at a fast food restaurant. Sat at the drive through with no line about 8:30pm for a... couple minutes, figuring they may have closed early I drove around to the Pay window. They were clearly opened, I could see 3girls working, stocking lids. No one acknowledged my presence, but they were clearly open as there were a few customers inside.I drove back around to the drive thru and had time to log in to my Google account and leave this review all before someone tookmy order. Not very clean, and service was bare minimum. We had to ask twice if the crumpled bag plopped on the counter was our order.... Counter is laid out strangely, too, which impedes service (or maybe it was under construction?) However, the food was adequateMcD's fare. Read more
This place had no Bottled Water, Sodas or Tea for sale. They were having trouble with the carbonation. That is all well and... fine, but they didnt tell me that until after I was waiting on my order. Mind you, I had upgraded my drinks. I had to ask for arefund. Had to ask for ketchup...only got 2 packets. Very disaappointing!! Read more
I know people complained and I did too about McDonald's but I give them credit for still working and trying to please the... customers with short staff. My order was right and today they doing their best. Love my sweet tea and ice coffee. Read more
I am not going back . I'm so tired of everyone up there having a awful attitude about everything . Their systems are either... always down or they can't take cash it's either or . I went there a couple weeks ago . Got pulled up for my food . No big deal .Don't mind waiting . They had 5 other cars pulled up two of which got pulled up after me . Everyone got their food and I wasstill waiting . I waited a total of 40 minutes and went in there and the girl that was bringing food to everyone else's car wasstanding there and when she saw me she walked to the back . My food had gotten thrown in the trash of course . It's the mostunorganized McDonald's I've ever been to . I've worked at one before and never in my life have I ever dealt with people likethis .
