Had a terrible experience. The restaurant itself wasn't that busy, the waiter we had was new so we originally were giving him... the benefit of the doubt. We put in an appetizer, drink and dinner order all at once. The appetizer came out first, we waitedabout 10 minutes more an asked about where the drinks were (when we could hunt down the waiter) he stated "oh I forgot to put inyour drinks! Don't worry I forgot about other things tonight as well" he then and goes to put in the drinks. We get our dinnerand had to ask for a refill of water because our drinks didn't come yet, at this point we asked for ketchup and soy sauce.Eventually our drinks come maybe 10 minutes after dinner arrived, 10 minutes or so later the soy sauce and ketchup arrive. Foodwas alright, we ate because we were hungry. Drinks were good. Mind you the tables next to us sat down after us and got theirfood and even their checks before us. So we ask for a dessert menu, it takes yet again another 10 minutes for the dessert menu!When it comes we look through the menus and decide we don't want anything. Then I noticed on the dessert vs the drink menu, thesame drink was priced differently?? (See above) We asked to speak.to the manager and he makes up excuses the entire time. "OH wehave a table of 40, the bar is short staffed" it's completely unnecessary and unprofessional to make remakes about another tableyou have?? How is that our fault? Anyway, finally the check came and they comped 2 meals which we appreciate but we will notvisit again anytime soon. For the unprofessionalism and lack of service. Read more
I treated myself to a solo lunch to clear my head after a rough morning. I asked to be seated where it was quiet . The staff... were polite and accommodating. I ordered the fish tacos, sweet potato fries and a side salad. The restaurant set up was verynice. I felt better immediately lol!! All together it was perfect! Read more

Went to lunch with my Husband and the food was great! Our server was Amanda and she was so nice and provided excellent service!... We def will be back! Only feedback I have is to fix the second soap dispenser in ladies bathroom, when there is more than onelady you have to use one sink where there are two! Also, Drinks were great!!!!! Read more
Food was great but somewhat pricy along with the portions being "just enough." I ordered their buttered garlic shrimp, and for... $22 I expected a little more. Clam chowder was good and there wasn't too long of a wait for the food. All in all, it was adecent experience. Read more
Met an old friend there for dinner. We hadn't seen each other for years. They gave us plenty of privacy and space to catch up.... The server was an exceptional young woman, very friendly and warm who let us take our time and peruse the menu in-between ourincessant chatter. The food was wonderful, more upscale, and the .emu is obviously well thought out. Kudos to the kitchen stafffor once again, delivering perfection! Read more
Terrible experience. Service was less than good. Timing was off, still eating appetizer when our meals were delivered. Risotto... was bland, vegetables cold, portions small, prices high. Not a place I would return to, or recommend. Just reinforces mythoughts on avoiding chain restaurants. Update: I replied to the email from the owners response and it is not a valid emailaddress. Dropped my rating to 1 star because the response indicated they actually care and want to address problems, but onfact it's NOT legit... Read more
