It is a reliable McDonald's. Good food and quick service. Their milkshakes have been MIA for a few weeks now unfortunately
No sprite .shake machine broken waited 10 min for some one to take out drive-thru order. They pulled us forward to the front of... the building waited 10 more minutes went inside didn't have our order ready until I gave them the ticket.close the store forremodeling issues...this was Horrible Read more
The food needs some work but the service was great. Kudos to the guy with blue hair having a little dance party while serving... drinks. Entertaining to watch and nice to see someone happy at work. Read more
Typical McDs I liked it was inside the gas station that I stopped at. Friendly people too!
Absolutely filthy! Sticky floors, with discarded fries, bits of burger and rotten lettuce. Congealed ketchup and dried soda on... literally every table. It was Disgusting! Made worse by the hundred flies feeding on the floors and tables. The soda machine wasdisgusting with flies crawling all over and feeding on the congealed soda. No straws, or napkins in the dining room. The burgerbun was dry as dust, and crumbled like a cracker. Don't even think about using the restrooms. No soap, cold water, and notowels. I called the health dept. I can only imagine what it looks like in the kitchen and the walk-in. I would bet money ithasn't been cleaned in months. Read more
Ridiculously slow. 35 minute wait?and we didn?t even get to the speaker to order. Cars were pulling out of line and leaving... because they waited so long. Dining room was closed so the only customers they were ?helping? were in the drive through. Read more
Rudest people I?ve ever met, the guy behind the counter was horrible when we asked for two packets of sauce. For no reason. Have... had so many problems with this location. Just done coming anymore. Worth it to just drive to Wentzville, that location at leasthas good people and gets your food right in a timely manner. Read more
Food was bad. Thrown together and wrapped up. Ketchup all over the outside of the bun. The girl at the first window held the... line up to talk to someone for almost 10 mins laughing and carring on. Has definitely went down hill this last year. Read more
