The guy making the pizza has long hair and a long beard, but is not wearing one of those beard nets to cover his beard. Also, I... saw him walk in from another room and he didn?t even wash his hands before making the pizza (nor did he wear gloves). I?veworked in food service before and if you touched other objects like a phone or computer, you?re supposed to wash your handsbefore touching food. That?s just gross. Won?t be coming back. Read more
I just called the store to place an order for 15 pizzas for a school event. A voice activated computer picked up repeating the... same message for 6 times, going over all the special. A person never picked up the phone. Papa John?s Pizza in Wrightstown NJ,just lost a large sale. Read more
I ordered 2 pies and 2 two liters at 745pm - I did not receieve until close to 930pm. They had a food service (doordash) deliver... the order. Pizza box was wet because of the rain, pizza was cold and they forgot one soda. Driver told me she would not returnto pick up because she "only had less than 1/4 tank of gas". Waited on hold for over 45mins TWICE with no luck. Called corporatenumber and they waited on hold for 20mins with no luck. I was told I would get a call from supervisor within 48 hrs - it hasbeen a week. Read more
I?d give zero stars if I could! I ordered 2 pizzas from them and was charged twice so I tried calling to fix the issue and it... took me over 30 minutes of calling them repeatedly to get ahold of someone because they just kept on putting me on hold withoutany warning. I finally got ahold of someone and they said on their end it never went through even though I said I havescreenshots to prove that it did. They refused to make my pizzas even though I had proof of the purchases. I even told the girlon the phone I was willing to come into the store to prove it was paid for twice by showing her my phone and she said they won?tdo anything or make me my pizzas because it never went through on their ends. Not only is the service extremely slow (I'm usually waiting double the quoted time, every time), but the employees are rude. I... stood there waiting for my order, not saying anything, just waiting quietly. Only for a female worker to ask a male customerabout his order then she gave it to him and apologized for the wait. Then she walked away without asking me if I was waiting foranything, my name or even making eye contact. She just straight ignored me for no reason. Then another worker, that knew I waswaiting, handed me my ordered and apologized and had no clue why no one else bothered to even check on it. When I got home I hadfound out that there was a sauce cup smashed into the center of my pizza and it was smashed so hard that it broke and leakedover the pizza and the box. Complained to corporate about it and they contacted the store, letting me know the manager will bein contact with within 48 hrs. It's been over a week and still no word. I'll never use this location again. If you're going tomess with peoples food, you have no right working in the service industry. Read more
I never have a problem with this place. Except that they are so busy sometimes they may not answer the phone immediately. Theres... always an app, right? However, the pizza is always nice, hot and super fresh. Their one driver Michael C. is awesome. Heactually calls to make sure he has your instructions down correct. Simple things like bringing an extra garlic sauce etc.Attention to detail is awesome. I love that, and will remain ordering from here for things that simple that make a difference inmaking their service worth using. Read more
Quick to get your payment, slow to hand you the pizza. I stand here 45 minutes after ordering online, being notified 14-24 mins... till ready, and it is still not in hand. 7PM Monday, multiple people working, and they're not even very busy. I've ordered acouple times before from this location because it is on the way home, but not ever great za. Workers aren't even friendly...this spot is out of chances with me. The delivery app is never accurate. Says out for delivery when has not left then says delivered when it has not been. Then when... you call for an update you get a rude person who hangs up without even appropriately ending the conversation. Always a pleasantway to spend money???? Read more
