So I work at the royal farms on concord road...and we have someone who is at our store training to be an assistant... mananger...won't sat his name,but it starts with a B....yous are lucky to have him...he seems very knowledgeable andprofessional....and I've read the reviews for this store....I don't believe some of them....yous used to have ginny....I bet youhave an awesome store ???? There was absolutely nobody at the front counter! I waited around for so long. There was only two employees and each of them... were sitting around having a conversation at first and then went to the back. Maybe if people actually ran this place peoplewould care about it. One of the worst gas stations I ever been to. There was a boy and a girl working at night. A boy and girl.Not a man and woman because they were clearly children. Very disappointed. We live in Ephrata and stopped by to get chicken to take home. When we got home and opened everything up, ... there were no biscuits and no gravy for the mashed potatoes and missing a piece of chicken. Doesn't seem too bad to some butafter spending almost $40 for dinner it would have been nice to get what I wanted and paid for. Read more
Wow! Great chicken! Neat and clean stores, very efficient. And lowest price on gas too.. after searching Google maps for nearby... fried chicken, I made the decision to drive several miles out of my way to visit Royal Farms. I am so glad I did! The chicken isthe best take out fried chicken I have ever eaten. No transfats, high quality meat ( none of that red slimy stuff on the bones). Read more
After placing our order and waiting for 15 minutes an employee approached us and stated that they had just received a call for ... two orders of 50 piece chicken. She also said it would be another 10 minutes. Now mind you the gentleman that ordered AFTER usreceived his order ahead of us. After another 15 minutes we just asked for a refund and left. This was my 1st and in alllikelyhood last attempt at trying the chicken I keep hearing about. Good food will never support bad service. Read more
Pass by 3 pm on Sunday young man making the chicken dropped 2 pieces picked it up and put it back in with the fresh chicken.... Yuck! So gross. We left so fast and went to Rutters. Read more
