Stopped there on a fishing trip in the area. Friendly, curious staff. Good food, Dunkin'and Deli sandwhichs to go. Only... negative, they were out of ice, but was able to get some right up the street. Read more

Can't beat the taste of dunkin donuts iced caramel coffee. Super strong coffee that sure with please any ice coffee... drinker.Right now there having limited edition pumpkin creme ice coffee that sure taste great. If I ever have a issue with thetaste of my drinks the staff os more than happy to make it right. Mornings are not good to go here line is ridiculously long.Anytime after 9:30 you should be able to get in get out in a timely manner. Morning shift is fine. Don?t go in the afternoon. The kids working the afternoon shifts are terrible at their jobs. I used to... go there daily after work, in the morning, when I worked nights. Everything was great in the mornings. I switched to day shiftand stopped a bunch of times after work in the afternoon. About 80% of the time, they got my order wrong. Things like notadding cream and sugar when requested, not giving me my entire order but still charging me, giving me undercooked food, givingme the wrong types of food, etc.. The food always looks really bad. You can tell they don?t keep the grills clean. The eggs andmeat are always covered with black char and grease from the dirty grills. Donuts and bagels are always stale in theafternoon. As for the wait times, the wait time is horrible. The last, and final time, I went there it took 14 minutes to getnothing except a large coffee with cream and sugar. I timed it. Then, when I got it, there wasn?t any cream or sugar init. Last time I ordered food, I ordered a bagel sandwich and a sausage wrap. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes. The drivethrough line is almost always backed up into the truck parking lot because the employees can?t keep up. They need new people inthe afternoon. It?s made me stop spending my money there. Went to the drive through on 12/31/20 at 9:46 AM ordered 2 hot coffees and 2 snackingBacons. When receiving the snackingBacons... the first had a piece of hair in it so the drive through person switched it and after driving down the road while eating them wenoticed they had a lot of pepper on them so no me and my mom didn?t get to enjoy our snackingBacons. Waited 20mins in rhe drive thru for a coffee and its basically hot water like how hard is it to make coffee
