Fantastic find. If you?re not ?fancy? and pretentious and you just like great Brisket then this is your place. The owner (who?s... name I didn?t catch) is incredibly passionate about his brisket! He even took the time to share his knowledge about what to lookfor in the meat and what to appreciate about the process of preparation.
