On and Off business (sometimes good, sometimes really bad, sometimes neutral).. visit here weekly and have been for 5 years but... this year it's been very different. Speed of service has slowed down, definitely not friendly 50% of the time (not a hi oranything). One thing is they are pretty accurate with orders but besides so its changed drastically. Dining room does not offerrefillable soda pop anymore unless you go to counter and ask for another one (they got rid of soda pop station - the onlyMcDonald's we've been to anywhere that changed like so), dining room least is finally open though -not sure why this McDonald'sis operated so different than those throughout country, makes it feel inconsistent. Food is not always amazing, but Kudos to the wonderful (employee) Alex at the McDonald's in Wyandotte on Biddle I hope you're on... here and see this! You are an amazing person and truly make people simile, probably one of the most amazing workers we have evermet. Definitely go here if you want a simile this man truly cares for people. Wyandotte McDonald's is very fast,friendly and great food. Never a bad meal here. I use the app do it's even quicker.
Well... We decided to check out Opening Night of the new "Experience the future" Mickey Ds!! Well, IF This is the future of... McDonald's, I was not impressed. Let's start with the fact that for an Opening Night that you advertised in the paper and on theNews... You'd think you'd provide more Staff? The new ordering system is awesome! ???????????? Mostly because you'd think it'dsave your order from being messed up. HOWEVER, It does still have to get made. And that, of course, didn't go well. My son'sFruit Punch Slush was never made. I had to wait five minutes to get someone's attention to fix it and even then no apology...While my food was cold when I finally got to eat it. And they forgot all three extra fries for the Kid's Meals. I think the newinside was absolutely beautiful and the Grand Opening theme was adorable ???? But it definitely wasn't something, thanks to theold staff, I'd be eager to do again, unfortunately! :-( Read more
