We tried to call ahead and reserve a table, but they said they don't take reservations. When we got there we were told there was... a 20-30 minute wait on a table, so we took a walk and waited. Got the call 20 minutes later and were seated outside. We had toask for a drink menu because the hostess forgot it with our menu. We got our drinks from the bar rather quickly. They were verypretty and tasted good. We got the onion clam chowder soup soon after we ordered, and it was the highlight of our meal. Oursteaks came just over half an hour after we ordered. We ordered medium rare; they were both medium bordering medium well. Theflavor was ok, and they came with redskin potatoes and brussels sprouts which were also just ok. My plate was full of sauce andgrease or butter while the other was nearly dry. The hosts were young and seemed inexperienced and our waitress was nice butclumsy. A manager came to check on us and asked about the steak. I told him they were overcooked but didn't take his offer tohave them remade. Atmosphere was nice!!! Waitress Alexis was very nice and personal!!! I had to send my salmon back, but came back out looking... perfect!!! I loved the mussels and the toast was excellent!!! The young guy picking up the plates after we ate are appetizerswas lousy!!! But overall our experience was wonderful. We also ordered pina colada's, but sent them back and got virginstrawberry daiquiri!!! I definitely had better!!! Love the view while you eat just adds to the experience. Nice view of the water. The portions were big. I had the pasta with... the sirloin tips and sausage. I was impressed with how soft the tips were. Not overcooked like I have tasted at other places. All the food that the other had at our table was great on taste and quality too. Read more
