One of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Food and staff are alway the best.
This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the suburbs of New York and the second or third if we consider NYC. I have... ordered to go during Covid many times and it was very good, but in person it is superb. The staff is really nice with me and mykids, I was surprised (maybe too used to China Town) but felt really welcomed in their restaurant. Their food is really tastyand they care about quality. The Hot and sour soup tastes really "natural" and taste is not strong but subtle and real, not likethose powder msg soups everywhere else, spare ribs are really good, the dumplings are home made and good but I've had thembetter, they were not super tasty but still good, the General Tso chicken is incredible: Crispy, only white immaculate chickenwith a perfect crisp and actually a good portion. (Remember to ask for extra sauce, or it might be so good that you might missmore delicious stuff) The broad noodles are good, sticky, not oily but chewy and delicious pork chow fun. Me and my family had areally good experience. And of course, as with every food, it is so much better in the restaurant than being kept in a plasticcontainer for 20 or 30 minutes. Wow woww wowwww. That's all I can say. Came here tonight with my family of 10. The customer service was the best customer... service I have had in YEARRRRRRRSSSSSS. I can honestly say that TS Ma has the most exquisite Chinese cuisine I’ve tried in my life! The fried rice is prepared like... nothing I have ever tasted, and as for the dumplings- I’m speechless! Anyone can easily tell that the employees there workhard to make the food they serve, while using the freshest ingredients possible to prepare the food. TS Ma is one of the unique Chinese restaurants where you can get authentic Chinese Cuisine. Their homemade Peking Duck is out... of the world, better than any places that I ever tasted, their wrap is extra thin combined with their home made sauce, and isabsolutely delicious. They also have home made cold cuts like: Tofu Skin wrapped with Veggie and Chef Special Braised Beef Shaneare unbelievably unique and tasty. I also tasted their Shanghai Ribs, Chinese Broccoli, and Fish Filets with Ginger sauce aretotally out of the world. Most importantly, their chef made special red bean pancake for dessert, I've never experiencedsomething so special. Read more

Do you think all of this food is worth 62 dollars? The food was so unflavored and its supposed to be some high end cuisine. No... lunch specials. The chow fun was extremely oily the meat was thin but it was good. The noodles did not have any taste to themat all. They tasted old and oily. The rice was dry and tasted like it was yesterdays rice. The shrimp rolls were as if theyleft them out to dry for two days. The sesame chicken they look like they used decent breast meat in it but its like 18 buckswho the heck needs thar dish for that much. It was not sweet and crunchy. It was just flavored and soft in the inside. I reallycant believe this place is in business with the way the food tastes and costs. The egg drop was so watery usually it has athicker consistency to it. They were nice people in there though. Very nice to deal with. They will push you to pay cash to get10% off like it makes a difference when your paying an arm and a leg for their food anyway. T.S. Ma has altered my entire concept of Chinese Cuisine and has become a weekly staple for me and my family. The staff is... warm, friendly, and professional and the food is simply the best in Bergen County. Fresh vegetables, tender proteins, andflavorful broths and noodle dishes are a few of the highlights of the menu. Whether you order the Tangerine Chicken, Beef withHot Pepper Sauce over String Beans, Shrimp Lo Mein, or pretty much anything on the menu, you will not be disappointed. Neveragain will you be forced to eat greasy low-quality food doused with sauces made from high fructose corn syrup. At T.S. Ma youwill be delighted in the authenticity of the ingredients, depth of flavor in their sauces, and delightful presentation of theirdelectable dishes. A spacious, well-designed interior accommodates its diners, and the restaurant facilities are kept clean andtidy. The servers and attendants are polite and courteous and reflect the good nature of the owners. Don’t forget to askStephen or Thomas about the story of their restaurant over the decades or how their specially crafted sauces areformulated. Dining in Wyckoff has not been the same since T.S.
