Ordered 2 medium drinks and it took as long as carrying a baby to term, ended up leaving with no drinks. Manager I'm pretty... sure was asleep in her car, poor employees running around unsupervised doing the best they can with no leadership... unfortunate for this business, they could probably do really well, need better leaders... Worst service ever. I've gone many times with hopes it will get better but seems to continue to get worse. Takes almost 1 hr to... get 4 ice creams. Place an order as I walk out the door on the mobile ap. Get to store and sign says someone is bringing orderout to never get anyone. After pushing button am told they lost the order and will remake it. Do not go here unless you havetime to waste. Read more

I was cussed out by the carhop! The store was extremely short handed, which is not the issue. After we were told there was only... one carhop, and had waited 50 minutes for 5 drinks, I got the attention of the carhop. I told her I knew the situation, butnoticed that people who just arrived were getting their drinks but we had not. She proceeded to tell me that she was the onlyone, and that since others had only ordered one drink, they got their order first. I told her I would let her get back to herjob, since it was clear she just wanted to argue with me, to which she replied ?I?m not going to ****ing serve you S***!? Alongwith a few other choice words. This was yelled at me across the parking lot. I understand she was stressed, but her behavior wascompletely out of line. Read more

Would give 0 stars if I could! I do my orders in the app and every time it says my order is on items way and ten mins later I am... still waiting for my order! I push the red button to ask where my order is and I get told they are going to make it! This sonicis so bad at the mobile orders! Also when you order a blast they only put the candy on the top and so there is no candythroughout the blast and they say it?s because they lost 6 boxes of ice cream and their boss is telling them to cheat thecustomers to get the money back! Ordered 2 drinks. Large half lemonade/sweet T and 1 small lemonade. When they brought the drinks out the large drink was an... unsweet t and they added a lemon wedge. When we asked the carhop about it she said I don't know I don't work fountain. Then whenthe drink was remade and the guy brought it out we mentioned that the drinks have been messed up each time. His response wasfunny.... He shrugged his shoulders and said haven't you read our reviews? OMG they know thier food/drinks are horrible andfigure if you read the reviews and still come you should know what you are in for. Read more

I've been sitting in the drive for 35 minutes waiting for a drink and an ice cream cone. It took 15 minutes just to take my... order, and noone ever answered me at the order placement window. I've been here 3 times this week and it's been the same everytime. Can you please fix this massive customer service problem at this location. I see people drive off from here on a regularbasis. You are losing customers because of this. Read more

I had the number 11 which comes with chicken strip, a side, one onion ring and a drink if you get a combo, which I did. The... chicken that was given is looking more like the jumbo popcorn chicken now a days. Not sure what happend to the strip. I gave itthree stars because my hubs said the burger and beverage was good. The cherry limeade I had, tasted off, not sure if they gaveme sprite zero instead of the regular. Also, no onion ring was given. Bummer. Overall wished we went elsewhere. Read more

Disaster! Decided to try out their app for the 1/2 priced drinks, mom has loved cherry limeade since her childhood. The app was... fine, fairy straight forward and we navigated it easily. I placed our order and we headed to Sonic. When we arrived, we checkedinto our stall number as prompted. I waited for about 15 minutes before pressing the red button and inquiring about the order.Another 3 minutes pass and out comes our order, at least part of it. It is obvious right away that one of the 1/2 priced drinksis missing. Also rather apparent, the sundae I ordered for dessert has been melting for awhile neglected and forgotten on thecounter waiting delivery. The missing drink is delivered, also having been forgotten on the counter. We leave dissatisfied andhead home to eat. Home is another 10 minute drive away for the sundae to melt and burgers to get cold. Upon arrival, the bag isopened, and one of the three burgers is also missing. I even joked we should have opened up the bag to check on the way home,but we didn't and I was left with only cold soggy tots for dinner. I am not sure where the break down took place but I suspectthat the online orders are dealt with a bit differently than the regular carhop orders, and was overlooked. Read more
