The only reason I would come back is because of Margaret. She made my day with excellent customer service but unfortunately the... food lacked big time. I ordered a classic beef and cheddar and I swear they put the smallest dab of cheddar. It's been a whilesince I've been to any Arby's but I remember you could taste the cheese before. I order my food online at 2:03 pm Time was set for 2:38 to 2:45pm for delivery. I received my food at 2:44pm. On time. My food... was cold . I live 2 minutes away . Why would my food be cold ? Great place to eat. Love the coupons too. It's our favorite Arby's. Sorrow to have to say the fish and chips are below our... standards. 3 Tiny pieces, over cooked and over priced for the small amount. Will not order again. Will be back for the othergood stuff they have. Read more
Came in at 2:25 and was charged more for my food than was displayed on the happy hour food marquee. It was $1 for each slider... during happy hour last week in Plano. Nobody seemed to care. The marquee stated 1.49 and they charged me 1.99 each. Oneemployee stated,"inflation". Won't be back. The one in plano has twice the customer service. These sliders are not worth 2dollars a piece either. i don't blame anyone for the price increase. When i stated, however, that they need to change thepricing on the menu in the store, no one seemed to care either. Very odd, i might say. Took about 30 seconds to get my foodwhich means they were pre made and probably sitting for at least 5 to 10 minutes in the back. Arby's is a wonderful restaurant! The customer service is absolutely fantastic! The roast beef sandwiches are so fresh you feel... it was cut and prepared right in front of you. Their lemonades are so good, and if you are a less ice person like me...they getthat and deliver every time. Their cookies are to die for! They warm them up and it's like eating homemade cookies at home! Thecustomer service they give you is what you wish all restaurants would give , and just ask for your condiments they willabsolutely give you those!...Enjoy Wylie's Arby's...its a great place to eat whether inside or drive thru!!! This was only my second time at an Arbys and I must say I've been missing out. I usually eat the Filet-O-fish at McDonald's but... the Arby's Fish burger rivals it. The size of their fish burger was larger and I loved the taste. The service was great and myson loved ringing the "service bell" as we walked out. The kids that acknowledged the bell ringing was fun as well. One thingthey can improve on is the cleanliness of their restroom. Otherwise, the food, store layout, store appeal and service is great. They mess up my order every single time. I always ask for the Beef & cheddar everything on the side. I like to build it myself... because I get it before work, to eat after work, so I don?t want the sauces on the bun because then it?s soggy and disgusting.And once again, they failed to listen? they put extra sauce on the bun. So there goes my money and my sandwich in the trash?very disappointed in this location, they ALWAYS mess something up EVERY SINGLE TIME. And I literally get the easiest thing forthem to make. They don?t even have to assemble the sandwich they just have to throw the ingredients in the bag. But somehowthat?s too hard for them to do. Read more
