Great food. Service at times can be slow but it's still good service. The old timer with cheese is a great greasy burger.

The bar side has a happy hour menu, but not the restaurant side. I found it interesting that there is 2 different menus in the... same restaurant and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. It would be nice if the menu was the same for the whole restaurant. Read more

3 of us was not satisfied with the food. The 2 sandwiches was supposed to have avocado on them. A slice smaller than a dime... was on each sandwich. The French fries on all 3 orders were cold and old. Really bad. The server even commented on how oldthey looked. She brought us out 3 orders of hot fries. We had 4 different servers. The service was slow but good. We probablywon't be going back after this experience. Read more

I've been told this location is not good, but I figured we would give it a shot. I've had the occasional bad experience at... Chili's, but this was every one of those rolled into one. The service was ridiculously slow for a Monday night. So slow thatall the tables around us were empty of people and piled with dishes and napkins. And I don't know what part of our order tookthe longest, but it took forever to get our food. By the time we got it, everything was cold. The cheese in our quesedillas wascold and solid. And thats on the ones that weren't half empty. The lettuce on my quesedilla explosion salad was super wiltedand warm. The chicken wasn't just cooled, but it actually had cold centers from not being reheated well enough. It wasliterally the worst on all fronts. I'm with everybody who told me to avoid this location. Chili's is classified as a Mexican restaurant in this review section. In my opinion, it's not. Sure it has some Mexican food... selections, but it has so much more. Chili's garlic butter with their steaks is the bomb ????. Coincidentally, their chilli isgood, but i don't think it's so good that they should derive their name from it, if that is the case. I would say every chili'sI've been to has been great. Great food, great atmosphere. Mostly great service. I'll be returning. Read more

Good food. A little slow to seat & serve. Sometimes have to remind wait staff of things, but they're usually very polite &... apologetic & thank you for reminding them. Fairly clean. Decent waiting area. Have also done to go orders & when they messsomething up (usually drink related) they will stop & try to make it right for you as long as you bring it to their attention. Had Brunch with the girls, we got there just when they opened, first ones in there, took awhile for the food to come out but was... worth the wait it was really good. I had the Cajun pasta and a side of broccoli. They cooked/steamed it perfectly. Plus theirmixed drinks was pretty good, I had the deep Eddy strawberry Texas lemonade it was alot they gave compare to the size of themargaritas (I personally didn't like it that much, even though I liked that it was strong, but it was too sweet/sour for me,seem like there was too much of the fresh sour, I didn't taste strawberry at all.). I was torn between trying the deep Eddy orthe captians castaway, next time I'm gonna try the captains castaway. My besties said their food was really good and my friendenjoyed the tropical sunrise margarita, she tanked it down. Read more

We were here on July 29th around 7:30 pm I had the Alex's Santa Fe Burger, see pics, and it was not bad. Parts of the burger... were a little past well done while the rest was medium well. When served the burger had a large chunk of meat that had separatedfrom the rest of the burger. That was not a big deal, but from a presentation perspective it was not nice to see. It made mewonder what made it happen. Flavor wise it was fine, it was somewhat sloppy to eat because of all the toppings but that was okand it made the big chunk that fell off less of a big deal. I ended up cutting it in half to make eating easier and less messy.I opted to have broccoli instead of french fries. The broccoli was good good, not too soft or too hard. I added some meltedbutter and it made it tasty. Feedback from others at my table and their food was pretty good. We had not been here in severalmonths because of the Corona situation. We had stopped coming prior to that because the quality of service and some foodquality had declined. Now quality seems to be making a comeback so we will come back too. Read more
