This was the Bomb ????????. Finally I go to a restaurant and they have what I've been craving it's some homemade American... chicken and dumplings, it brought me back memories my first bite and the okra was good and a loaded potato was good to saltythough. I recommend five ????? for the taste, however I give it a one ? on how They chose this type of bowl for chicken anddumplings to think your getting a lot but your not. It's one cup. Not cool. At least 2 cup minimum. Overall everything waswell. Read more

Poor customer service. Already outside when I ordered. Wanted me to call back when Food was ready. How would I know food was... ready. Food looks rough. Nothing with the quesadilla. No salsa no pico no guacamole. Take pride in your business. Read more

Stopped here for lunch. The staff was friendly and the place clean and bright. It was not busy and my server, Ava was over... right away. They serve comfort foods that are a little different. I ordered the Brisket Tacos and they were very really good. I would recommend you try the Cotton Patch Cafe next time you're in the neighborhood. Thanks Eva and keep up the good work! Read more

Ordered pick up from here. While my food was ready at thr time specified and i was even 5 minutes early, it was horrible. They... gave me a piece of frozen peach cobbler that had not been baked! I got fried okra and i counted it was 13 pieces. The patty meltwas dry, hardly any sauce and the meat was burnt. And we asked for a loaded baked potato and they placed the toppings but nopotatoes and gave an apple juice. I didnt bother to go back because i now understand why the parking lot is never full. Ill alsocomplain to corporate. Read more

Chicken fried brisket was amazing. The service was slow to start. I waited 10 minutes to be seated in a almost empty restaurant,... but once I got seated it improved. The food was good and my server was amazing. Read more

Beware if your items aren't all scratched thru you are missing items! The curbside "child" that answers the phone couldn't... careless about her job ???? Waited 30 mins with crying baby... after 2 calls the curbside "child" only brought out HALF of my"ready" order that apparently had been sitting... NEVER going again. I keep giving y'all chances and you screw it up every time. Read more

The Cotton Patch Cafe used to be my number one place for southern comfort food. Recently, I have noticed certain aspects of each... experience that have not gone very well. I will say that the staff is always friendly and helpful when trying to decide on whatto eat. However, a restaurant is not made on wait staff alone. While the majority of our food was good, a few dishes lacked thequality I would expect from a Cotton Patch Cafe. The fries that accompanied my dish were stale and not very fresh. My wife lovesthe fried green tomatoes, but was disappointed when they arrived without half of the breading. All in all, these aren'tnecessarily things that will ruin my meal, but they didn't enhance the experience at all. Honestly, if the wait staff wasn't sonice and friendly, a lower star rating would have been given. I will be back to give this restaurant another chance. Read more

It gets 4 stars because of the staff friendliness, but I'd give a 3.5 overall. Everybody was very pleasant, but service was a... bit slow. The cheese fries were great, along with the rolls and the chicken fried chicken. I added grilled chicken to thechild's spaghetti, and it was a little dry. My mashed potatoes had a slight 'sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be served'film on the top, such I easily removed. The potatoes and green beans were good. The restroom was clean, and the interior andexterior of the restaurant were as well. Read more
