Coming from NYC I was wondering if I would be able to find any Puerto Rican establishments that would measure up to the food... from back home. With a little digging I found this little gem tuck away in St.Paul, Tx. I ordered pernil with white rice andbeans-and the first bite bought be back to my childhood when I lived in Brooklyn and my mom would cool this dish on the weekend.The rice and beans had really good flavor and the pork was moist.
