I don?t eat at McDonald?s at all because of the horrible service they have but today I decided to buy breakfast for my son... because he likes it and well I thought why not give it a try one more time, I ordered on the app just to pick it up and my orderwas the big breakfast with hotcakes and a crispy chicken McGriddle well, she bring only the McGriddle and not the big breakfastthen she come back with my order and check the sandwich just to find out that is not the crispy chicken McGriddle I ordered so Ihave to go inside and get my order right and they even get mad, really??? Is not my fault that they don?t do their job right.And they give me my order so messed up. Enough is enough and I will never go back to McDonald?s!!! Read more
They handed me the wrong order without even looking at me. When I stopped them to ask about my drink and Mcflurry they seemed... confused. I handed them the food back because it was the wrong order. Then the young lady at the window started texting on herphone. After about a minute she asked if I had my Mcflurry. She finally started making it. Then they said it'd be 2 minutesbecause of my large fry. When I got home the fry was only half full. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Read more
After ordering I waited quite a while for my food, no worries, people tend to get busy, but it was completely empty. No line, no... cars, still had to wait. After getting my order, I pulled over to the side to check on my order to make sure everything was OK.After tasting my food, the chicken nuggets were slimy, and the fries tasted old and stale. I went to the door to enter for aremake on my fries. At 920, the lobby was closed. After knocking, I was completely ignored even after someone came to ask whatwas wrong. I ordered online and they gave the option to go into lobby so I did, WHICH WAS CLOSED. I seen my food right there on the... counter. I had to get in line (which was around the building) in order to get my order. Once arrived at the intercom, I tried toplace another order while picking up my online and they told me they could only take cash. So I continued on in the line to pickup my online order and I was given the same food that had been sitting there for ATLEAST 20 minutes. All my food was cold &soggy when I received them. They was a bunch of kids working and no one knew what they were doing. HIGHLY unsatisfied! Read more
Check your order when your in the drive thru, I order a happy meal for my son and when we got home and open the chicken nuggets... box I found this, it looks like it was in the trash and someone decided to be funny and put it in my order. Read more
9:226 pm on 6/16/22 the lobby hours state lobby closes at 10:00 pm. As I approach the door a worker in a light blue shirt and... wearing a headset (Latino male) runs up and locks the door and then runs back behind the counter. Mind you people are insideeating while this is taking place. Read more

I?ve been to this location plenty of times before with no problem. However, on tonight with 2 lanes open, only 1 was actually... moving. It was entirely too late for me to back out of the non moving lane as there were cars behind me. The lady at theintercom came after anout 10 minutes asking for us to ?give them a minute? which turned into another 15. The primary lanehowever continued to move! The least they could?ve done was come off the lane they were not giving attention to. Read more
