Placed an order for large 3 topping pizza, wings with blue cheese dipping sauce and a 2 Liter Pepsi. Dipping sauce was expired... by 3 weeks and 2 Liter soda was opened already and flat which was odd. We ended up throwing the soda away and sauce. Pizza andwings were good but overall would probably go to another location. Read more

This location could use some help in the area of people who are willing to respect their manager and job The great ones they do... have that the ones who need help will listen to them to make everyone's night better and have more customers who do not leaveand go some where else Read more

This Pizza Hut needs help! Every time I order there is always something wrong?today it all came clear to me why! I requested... delivery but my order was canceled by the store. I tried calling NO ANSWER! I go to the store to realize no manger was there,the store was ran by inexperienced employees that couldn?t help me nor the customers before me. I placed a $75 order at 5:30pm for a 7:15pm delivery. It is 8:05 and I just got my delivery which was 1 pizza that was not on my... order. I called and the first lady said we have another complaint to her manager. I spoke to the manager and she said they arebusy and justified there mistake. I asked for contact info for owner or gm and the manager on duty stated she can not give thatinfo to me. As a business owner I am baffled by the lack of customer service and justification on almost a 3 hour delivery. Saveyour money and order from Marcos. Seems they value there patrons. Read more

Good as always. I ordered Personal Pan online. On pickup was told they were out of the small boxes so i got a larger pizza for... the same price as PP instead. Very nice surprise. Read more

Last time I ordered, every item in our order was completely wrong. We ordered two pizzas and they put the wrong crusts on them.... Wasn?t a huge deal but then they way overcooked one of them so we just ended up throwing it out because it tasted likecardboard. The cinnamon rolls barely had any icing so they were dry. I ordered breadsticks & they left the marinara out plus Ipaid for extra marinara for the pizza and they completely left it off. Called and asked if they could send a CORRECT order outso I can feed my family and they said ?No?. I had 3 adults & 2 kids to feed and only 1 pizza. I finally pushed to get a creditfor my order since nothing was correct and the manager reluctantly said he would put the credit on my account. Not very hopefulon that credit. Fast forward to today, I tried calling the store 4 times to place an order and no one will even pick up thephone. Read more

There was a situation where a customer, which evidently had not ordered a pizza before from Pizza Hut. The employee that cuts... and boxes pizzas was trying to take his order. About 8 customers were lined up to pick up their order which were ready. Ipersonally waited about 10 minutes after my order was indicated ready. The manager came from the back and took over helping thecustomer. After about 5 minutes the Manager had the customer step aside, clearly the customer did not know what he wanted, sohe could deliver pizzas to the waiting customers. The manager hurried to get everyone their order. When I got home the twopizza that I had ordered were well overcooked. My grandchildren eat part of one slice and which normally they eat two. Totally disappointed with my pizzas and experience. Read more
