Perfect coffee, best baristas , Wendy top class service
Husband picked me up a coffee dbl tall vanilla latte hot and it tastes like water coffee, twice they forgot to include vanilla... for which I'm paying $5.90. Drove up ordered my coffee this morning and the same thing happened what I call water coffee I askedAdella (asked name) who was the barista she said Joe (review) she also made me a new coffee which was much appreciated and Itipped her she was helpful! I must say for $5.90 to have a double espresso taste so blah is not quality.. I even asked Adellaif baristas save on surups and espresso are they rewarded?? I use to drink three lattes a day got tired of wasting money onincorrect orders or lack of product, in and out of car to correct not worth it! Even tho the drive thru line is always long, staff remain friendly and keep their professional composure. Never had an issue... with our order and we have been living in Wylie going hee for almost 7 years now. Very efficient! Read more
When we do go to Starbucks in town, we always come to this location for Wendy. She is just the most absolute sweetest woman. She... takes an interest in every customer, learned their names and is genuinely happy to see her customers. Everybody in the shoptoday was absolutely lovely! Those girls work and hustle hard all with a smile on their faces. 10/10 recommend this location ifyou're looking for kind and hospitable people. Read more

This morning I went to this location and I had pre-ordered a Toasted White Mocha on the app. When I got there I was in the drive... through line for 25 minutes. I was annoyed but not upset at all by this. I got my coffee and they were friendly as usual. When Igot to work I realized it was not even 3/4 full and on top of that it was super lumpy and tasted gross! I ended up having tothrow it out after a few sips. I called after work to let them know and the phone ranf endlessly. I made several differentattempts to contact them with no answer. I will not be going their again. Read more
This is a walk up or drive through only location in Wylie across from Wylie High School. I have gotten good service here and... haven?t had any issues. Sometimes I request extra hot for my drink and it is warm only but that is most Starbucks locations notjust this one. Staff has always been friendly and drive through moves along at decent speed.
