Drive-thru so can't write atmosphere only got coffee so can't rate food. The lady taking the order and the lady taking payment... were both very nice. The lady taking the payment was very personable. Love love love this drive thru!! The ladies running the place are amazing!! I walked here with my dog. I walked up to the... window and asked for water for my dog and they gave me a huge cup of ice water with an empty oatmeal bowl and we're just as niceas they could be! The last 2 times that I've placed my order through the app, I've been dissappointed with my fraps. Usually there's a line so by... the time I get my drink it's already been sitting for 5 mins and it affects how the drink tastes. There's a lot of ice sittingon the top. This is a pretty neat location. Drive thru or walk up only. They did seem to be more sluggish than usual but most businesses are... these days. Unfortunately, the order ahead ability was unavailable during our visit so I hope they work this out in the future. Read more
This location is the very reason why I no longer patronize Starbucks. I ordered a Venti and a Grande of the same drink. The... Venti was basically a Grande with a ton of foam on top to try to hide the fact that the cup was light on coffee. The Coffee isthe whole point! I would rather wait and get a full Venti instead of the disappointment of a half full cup of coffee. This iswhy I go out of my way to patronize Black Rifle Coffee Co. and/or make it at home, myself.
