My family and I went through the drive thru on Thursday, June 2, 2022. The girl on the drive thru couldn?t understand English... and spoke very poor English. The food we ordered was ice cold and took forever. Service and quality are a constant problem atthe Wynantskill location. Probably will never return to this location. There are others in the area. Ordered in the drive thru and was in a hurry. Ordered a iced macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and caramel drizzle. This... is what I got. Not only is this a latte and not a macchiato but there is no expresso in this drink. It doesn?t even taste likethey gave me any coffee this is straight up milk and caramel sauce. I?m beyond annoyed because I didnt have time to go back.They also never gave me a straw or even my receipt.
