Horrible experience. My boyfriend just went in while having me on FaceTime and the MANAGER asked him if he?s sure he wants to... purchase the order because it?s very expensive. He asked her twice if she asks every customer that comes in that same questionand she acted as if she didn?t hear him. Simply disgusting and embarrassing and I guess nothing will be done about itconsidering the manager of the establishment was the one behaving inapppropriate. This is my favorite location but I'm not in the area often. The employee there was a rockstar and so patient and kind. The... location was pretty packed when I went at around 2pm on 4/3 with a few complicated orders per customer. She kept a greatattitude, made nice conversation, and made the orders and checked everyone out with a smile and a nice greeting. Kudos to herfor her amazing customer service and it would be great if she could have some help during busy times im her shift! Read more

The two servers had awesome customer service but the old crinkly owner or manager was absolutely horrible!!!! I asked for a... Mango pineapple smoothie add strawberry and she was so nasty about it. "Saying no we can't do that order something off themenu." Ignorantly.!! Which was totally uncessary I was willing to pay for the extra charge. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN . The ice cream was amazing. A little pricey but it's worth every penny... trust me.
