Not sure if anyone is willing to say but the most of the Dunkin franchises located in/near/around the Mt. Airy locations give... out watered down coffee. I am an avid Dunkin patron and have been frequenting most locations from Mt. Airy to Norristown overthe past 6 yrs. Today I returned to an old fav location in Wyncote to buy a large coffee with mocha, cream and extra sugar(yes, that's my drink of choice!) and two doughnuts. The coffee had the mocha flavor, but the coffee flavor was extremely weak.When I removed the lid, the beverage was chocolatey CLEAR and tasted as such...no caffeine kick at all! I stopped patronizingthis location for this reason during the spring (2022) and hoped business had been restored to not cut corners on the coffeeflavoring...NOPE! So, coffee drinkers, BEWARE! Hadn't been here in a while and went to grab a breakfast sandwhich. Took a minute for someone to come over but when he finally... did, he started taking my order, then said something to someone in back and then left the counter and started cleaningtables...I walked out. Came back a few days later to try the drive thru and that took forever. EVENTHOUGH this one is closest tome, I will take the extra drive and go to the one on Easton road... Read more
Service was quick, and they prepared the coffee correctly. Can't ask for more than that.
Drunks are made when ready when ordered; HOWEVER for some reason they keep them behind the counter instead of placing them in... the to go tray. Read more
Honestly horrible... cold coffee, slowest drive thru ever, and they didn't put stuff in my bag and when I went back she got... insanely rude and sassy to me and said I was lying and her friend put it in... dunkin should really close the branch or hirebetter employees. Read more
Trash! I literally left this dunkin 1 minute ago and my hash browns are cold not even a little warm. Service sucks at this... location. Do better! Read more
Customer service is horrible. This place is dated and in need of some updating or a really good cleaning. I should have stopped... there. I didn't. I ordered breakfast anyway. The coffee cups where extremely hot, they had no cup collars (I asked). Thedoughnuts tasted like pure grease. Very soggy and tasteless. The next time I will just drive the extra half mile to a Dunkinthat cares a little more. Read more
