Love the location, I might have to stop messing with KFC...way too expensive these days. I can get a cheaper meal at Applebee's
Omg the manager on duty on September 14th at around 12:00 p.m. in Wyncote on Ogontz and Cheltenham Aves was atrocious. Myself... and one other person while having our cars serviced at Midas (across the street from KFC) attempted to walk over to therestaurant but the doors were locked. There were no signs posted that would have indicated to us that they were only takingdrive-thru orders. We were walking so we asked the young lady zacaya sakira or something if we could place an order at thewindow? She informed us very very rudely that "no" you cannot order so we asked a vehicle inline to let us go in front of himto place an order at the window the manager on that date and time informed me and another lady that you cannot stand at thewindow and place an order. At that time the guy in the car told us that this was the second time coming around placing order.The manager told him that in order to get an additional third impromptu meal he has to getback inline "again" place the orderthrough the "order box" he did but, but he was not a very happy camper. We were so disappointed and hungry and felt sodisrespected and dejected that we've vowed that we will never ever ever spend another time at the KFC at Ogontz and CheltenhamAves in Wyncote. The manager there needs to be fired or at at least attend some intense customer service training classes, Sheis ineffective and extremely rude to customers. While we understood how their process works, we could have accepted the news, ifthe manager had not been so disrespectful and ignorant. Sometimes, IT'S NOT WHAT YOU SAY, BUT HOW YOU SAY IT! YOU COULD ACTUALLYTELL SOMEONE TO GO TO HELL IN SUCH A NICE WAY, THEY MIGHT CONSIDER TAKING THE TRIP. ???? Read more
I would avoid this location if possible. We sat at the drive-thru for a minute in silence and wondered if the location was... closed. When the woman came on the intercom she was very rude and unhelpful to the couple of questions we had about a combo. Shechecked us out at the window and was still very short and had a disgusted expression on her face. My husband noticed she waspregnant and we wrote it off (having a small on of our own). Before we left after receiving our food asked for 2 cups. Emptycups because we were staying at a hotel and the order came with a drink bag, not individual cups. That seemed to really upsether and she reluctantly gave us one cup. We did not bother to ask again for the second. Even as frustrating as the experiencewas, we had no interest in complaining until we sat down to eat and found on of the items absolutely inedible. As you can see inthe picture. This restaurant has a lot of issues between the customer service and food quality. Save yourself the money and gosomewhere else. Read more
Horrible older man manager with grey beard was very rude. How is it I can?t place an online order? It clearly said ring bell for... online orders? Very rude I see why the restaurant is short staffed! Who put him in charge? No customer service at all. Spoke tome very rude! Read more
Pretty disappointed. The employee charged us for a combo when we didn't want the combo, just the chicken. He wasn't very... friendly either. At least the food tasted good, but it wasn't worth being ripped off with the horrible customer service. I'dreccomend avoiding this location if you can or go somewhere else. Read more
Nope, nope, and nope please dont come here. I waited forever to get my order taken but I was hungry so I had to get me something... to eat. Looking at my food you can see it's not even the same bread used in a regular sandwhich. Also they said I had to pay forsauce and when I saw I didnt get utensils I thought what I gotta pay for those too. Just no, you should just go to popeyes it'sway better. Read more
