I?m so upset. I went there today because I wanted something light for dinner. I usually go to the Huntington Valley location but... since I?ve moved closer to this side, I decided to give this location a try. This was my first and last time patronizing thisstore. First, the worker was no where to be found. I had to wait about 15 minutes along with 2 other customers. Second, shepacked my salad without a dinner roll and when reminded her she forgot my roll, she stated they were out. So then I said, ok,take a $1 off my order then since I?m paying for it and not receiving it. She then stated that it was free; I said no, it?s notfree, the cost of the roll is marked up into the cost of the salad. I knew I should?ve just walked out the store without thesalad at that point. I regrettably bought the salad anyway. When I came home and was eating it, something smelled and tastedrancid, I?m just not sure which ingredients it was . I ordered the Southwest Chipotle Ranch. This is my first time visiting a Saladworks as I always thought they were too expensive but I decided to treat myself. My salad... came to 16.20,everything is additional price. The salad was an okay size of my biggest concern was the lettuce for $16 Ishouldn't have had wilted going bad spring mix. Other than that the salad and service was decent. But for 16.20 I'm notimpressed and they didn't even have arugula or crispy jalapenos. Read more

The people who work here tend to be a bit rude and lack customer service skills. They also will sell u old wilted up lettuce,... Spring mix and spinach if u don't pay attention. The girl put an avocado on my platter that was so hard I was like how do u notknow it's not ripe so don't cut it or serve it. Also the other young lady put an old bad avacodo on my platter..the red pepperswere so soggy and the butter not squash was so hard..it was not ripe. The salads are good, but the people are RUDE!!! I was trying to imform that I didnt want bananas in my smoothie bowl!! The one... man is so rude and said ?It dosent come with bananas? with a attitude. Then when we wher paying the lady and she tried toshort change us!! So RUDE, never coming back. Read more

I am not sure how my order was so wrong. I ordered two salads; small subs on each; although clearly written out they did not... make them they just removed items. My salad was to add pasta, switch cheeses, meats and dressing...they removed the lettuce somy salad was all pasta, no cheese, removed the wrong meat and I got the wrong dressing. The other salad was a substitutedressing and add avocado (paid extra) they did not put avocado and no chesse with the wrong dressing. Rolls were not good, notwarm or soft...we literally gave them to the birds. Top it off; I drove to the wrong location because it does not cleaningexplain where they are located; had to call to find out it is located in a grocery store. Read more

Salad works made my food correctly. However, I waited nearly 45 minutes to pick up my to go order. I used their app to order and... they are not mindful of when orders need to be completed so they are ready for pick up. Read more

Horrible! I gave 1 star because you can?t give 0. This saladworks is absolutely horrible! The manager there on 11/1/2020 is mean... and nasty. I first asked her what was in the wrap and she did mention eggs , however, the container never indicated eggs. Itold her I purchased a chicken caesar wrap already made and got sick. I can?t eat eggs!. I ate the wrap a day later.. I began toeat the wrap, about halfway through It began to be mushy. I opened the remaining wrap and it was all eggs, as if it was beingcovered up because there was no more chicken left. I called saladworks that day 11/1/20. I purchased the wrap 10/29/20 it tookforever for someone to answer. A young lady answers finally. I began to tell her what took place and the reason for my call, shebegins to tell me that I need to take it up with corporate, that?s not her problem. The young lady said she was late setting upand she don?t know what to tell me . I asked her who the supervisor or manager was and she said it was her. When I asked for hername she hung up on me. I called back numerous times, no answer. I was applauded and disgusted! I got sick from a wrap that wasmade by your establishment and you hangup on me ! Wow! I think it?s horrible that you have someone such as that working for yourcompany holding a title of supervisor or manager that would not even give her name or have the decency or humanity to say I?msorry you got sick or something to that effect. I think she?s immature like all the rest of them that work there. They alwayshave attitudes! I?m sure I?m not the only one that says this.I will not go there again. Salads and rolls are always good and fresh and Blessing the employee is thee best and shows great customer service I order all... the time especially when she is working her salads always make you want to come back for another one.
