This Wawa was very busy at 10pm on a Saturday. With customers already verbally asking how much longer for their food to be... ready, several food associates started breaks and put in their own food orders. The remaining food prep clearly prioritizedthe employee's orders as they came up while the rest of us continued to wait. Management seemed to be completely non existent. I love Wawa and since my job takes me all over I?ve been to more stores then I can count. This is by far the worst I?ve seen.... The shelves weren?t stocked to the point that many were empty and the service was awful. The register lines were backed upacross the store while half the employees messed around. One employee in particular, I think his name was Ty, was yelling toother employees, making jokes, laughing and every other word out of his mouth was a curse. There were several children in thestore! I am a business owner myself and if this was one of my employees they would be fired on the spot. I?m glad my son wasn?twith me. This Wawa is awful! I normally order from here and an occasional mistake is bound to happen and is acceptable. Tonight my WHOLE order was a mess of... other peoples orders in my sealed bag with my name on the outside?. First time and last time there. I ordered two hoagies, one was wrong?totally wrong and a customer who was there made a comment... to her son about a young man who makes the orders ?leaves the sandwiches naked? and to ?make sure he gets it right?, I said inmy mind ?oh boy? and my experience was not good. Then, hardly any coffee lids or cups, the coffee area wasn?t that clean imo, itlooked like no one wiped anything down in a while. No coffee cup holders! I asked for one, a girl curtly said ?no? and went onmaking a specialty drink. I live 5 minutes from here, I will go to the other one that is 15 mins from me when it reopens. I wassuper disappointed and it explains why a lot of the orders I get from doordash are meh, I won?t be ordering from this Wawaanymore in person or via app. Read more
Great stop for gas, coffee and a snack. This location is always busy so be quick to grab your spot. Always well stocked.
