the cashier was so nice and friendly to me and my husband! and our stuff came out very quick. very pleasant experience!
Third day in a row at this location and the service is absolutely awful. Staff is friendly enough and the coffee and food is by... no means poor- just don't expect to get anything hot. Staff will make your food and let it sit while they make 10 coffees beforeyours. You'd think if someone ordered food and drink, You'd prepare them at the same time. I remember stopping off here once, before the pandemic, during Christmas season, and it was very cozy and warm inside, and the... music selection was upbeat and jovial. Stopped off again, during the pandemic, and it was nice and clean, the music wasn'tobnoxiously loud (like some locations), and it was a nice time. Bathroom is clean. Staff gets you taken care of. the staff seem nice enough. I came in with a friend and ordered a half decaf- half regular coffee, of course it was mid-day so... no more decaf. so they offered to make pour over decaf. they said it was just a couple of mins. it took close to 15 mins. nowwhen i'm with my friend and she stops here for coffee, I just wait outside.
