Third day in a row at this location and the service is absolutely awful. Staff is friendly enough and the coffee and food is by... no means poor- just don't expect to get anything hot. Staff will make your food and let it sit while they make 10 coffees beforeyours. You'd think if someone ordered food and drink, You'd prepare them at the same time. I remember stopping off here once, before the pandemic, during Christmas season, and it was very cozy and warm inside, and the... music selection was upbeat and jovial. Stopped off again, during the pandemic, and it was nice and clean, the music wasn'tobnoxiously loud (like some locations), and it was a nice time. Bathroom is clean. Staff gets you taken care of. the staff seem nice enough. I came in with a friend and ordered a half decaf- half regular coffee, of course it was mid-day so... no more decaf. so they offered to make pour over decaf. they said it was just a couple of mins. it took close to 15 mins. nowwhen i'm with my friend and she stops here for coffee, I just wait outside. I'm a huge Starbucks person but I keep getting served cold coffee here. No fun when your first sip is room temp. Ick. Also,... the new Covid policies are confusing... people aren't served in order and it's kind of random. Your drink will be behind thecounter and you can see it but no barista is available to hand it to you. Read more
Went into Star bucks, stood in line and was given no greeting but was told someone would be right with me. Caucasian lady walks... and and someone happily greets her and takes her order. Caucasian officer walks in next and his order gets taken. At this pointI say something and was told ?didn?t someone say they be with you? and I replied ?right and that was before the lady and copeven walked into the store?. Thanksgiving day. I think this worker was drafted into this job! Talk about rude.... way beyond !!!! Guess we troubled... her by coming in. I forgot they pay us to buy our coffee there!!!!! And nothing on her head to cover her hair swinging allover everything. Time to find a new place!!! Totally new. All Starbucks r like that when they come in on time. It?s a real shame.
