This is easily one of the worst places I?ve ever eaten at. They were busy around 12:30 on a weekend and so waiting for our table... was understandable, but then when we were seated the waitress asked for our drink order while she was counting her tips at ourtable. She was clearly distracted because she came back and asked for our drinks again. It was unprofessional to say the least,and then when she handed us our drinks there was dirt under her finger nails which is disgusting when being served food. Wefinally got our food about 45 minutes after being seated and my hash browns were cold, my eggs had an odd flavor, and my sausagewas burnt to a crisp. After a disappointing meal, when we went up to pay, our waitress and two other servers were complainingabout their tables and just kept talking like we weren?t standing there waiting to be checked out. Found out that ourunprofessional waitress was actually the manager. I would never go back here. Read more

It wasn't busy when we were there on a weekday afternoon. We ordered the pretzel bites for an appetizer & they were really good!... We got the special, which was the prime rib dip. I thought it would be thinly sliced, but it was a huge piece of prime rib on asandwich! Aside from the fatty parts which I never like on meat, it was delicious! Definitely worth the price. The fries werealso very good. Because of Covid the salad bar wasn't open, which is understandable. Our server Rachel was very good as well. Iwould definitely stop here again if I'm ever in the area. Seated immediately, however the wait to have someone bring us drinks was a bit long. Bethany did seem a bit overworked, however... her demeanor was quite lovely and she was prompt with food and drinks so 5* for her. The food was ok, I ran a train on somebuffalo chicken tenders and onion rings. Food was your standard fare, nothing spectacular, although portion sizes were insane.Bethany made the visit worthwhile.
