Not sure why every time I try to support this location the wait time is 10 mins plus. I gave it sometime (months) and decided to... try them again today. I left 15 mins early to stop by and the wait has gotten even longer! I?m an understanding person whentimes are busy but there was only 3 of us in line.. It was very frustrating to be at the window waiting for my order and to seeemployees inside just sitting around. It wouldn?t have been as bad if I were greeted. Instead, I sat and watched them dowhatever. One employee was even making a sandwich. How are you making a sandwich for another order when I have not been servedmy coffee and I?m the one at the window? Why are there 3+ employees not doing anything to help serve the customer? Can thecashier not do anything outside of sitting at the window not greeting guests? Idk, very disappointing to see even after monthsthey still do not have a good basic process to serve their customers in a timely manner. If you plan on stopping here make sureyou plan on 25 mins to be safe. Don?t trust it even if the line is small. You WILL be late to work, your appointment or whereveryou are heading. Read more
Pumpkin spice has taken me over again this fall. My ham and cheese bagel was great.
It's coffee.. they have different flavors they have goodness in a cup that helps you deal with people. Most days. They even have... options for non dairy or dairy creamers. You pick. Read more
The cashier at the window thisorning is very very rude. I told her over and over again that I had forgot to order an item when I... originally ordered at the kiosk drive through. She told me that I needed to go to the end of the line. Yes it was amisunderstanding and we both acknowledged it. But what got me was the continued attitude that was thrown my way like she washolding a grudge, even though we had acknowledged that it was a misunderstanding. This location needs to teach their cashier'sto have respect for the customer. At least attempt to put a smile on. Read more

Good service and good coffee. Have seem to be low on supplies lately for the bragels which are a big draw for why I go here... rather than other places. Read more
Slow and usually my last resort. Was sitting in the drive thru line when staff came out and instructed me to come inside because... their driver thru was closing? If I wanted to come inside for service I wouldn?t have gotten into the drive thru line. Oh andthe best part is i watched them serve everyone else in front of me? and there was no one behind me? I have a very love hate relationship with this location. Love it because it's so close to my house and they are very sweet to my... dogs but hate because every time I go, I end up waiting 20+ mins for one coffee even if they aren't busy. You look inside andconstantly see people just standing around, not greeting you at the window or anything. Today I was the second and last car inline but am still currently waiting on my coffee after 20 mins. You know it's bad when you have time to write a review whileyou wait in the drive thru...
