I was there for my sister birthday. October 3, 2022 we dined in. Me and her both ordered steaks. The steaks was overly cooked... had no taste. It was tough. They were hard to chew. I gave branns another shot and so glad I did. Excellent service and my burger is very good. ...I've had better service that's... for sure. Draft beers are not that cold. The servers were more worried about standing around chatting and playing on therephones. And it smells like rotten eggs if u sit by the that leads to the kitchen so glad I didn't order food. Overall this place is just okay. Food was fine, nothing amazing and server was good though a little less attentive for my sake.... What really hurt was how slow it took for food to come out of the kitchen. 22-minutes between the server taking my order to itcoming out. I had a burger, onion rings and potato skins. It should not have taken this long, especially since the restaurantwas fairly quite for a Sunday afternoon. More than likely not coming back, can't waste a whole hour for a simple lunch. Read more
Recently stopped by this particular Brann's for an 8 ounce steak, which customarily comes with two Free sides. Unfortunately,... when I received my bill I noticed that I was actually charged for one of the Free sides. I hate to say it, because I'm not apetty guy, but when brought to the waitresses attention they attempted to basically talk me in circles, which from apsychological standpoint, as I'll reference it, gave me the impression that in fact it was not an accident. Whatever the case,they clearly should have just rectified the situation. The food there is awesome but unfortunately I won' be eating at theBrann's on Division again. Read more
We went with a group of six. We most enjoyed the circle booth where we could talk easily. Background music was pleasant and not... overbearing. Dinner rolls and cinnamon butter that come served right away with all meals are a great way start off. Our serverwas friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Food was very good and portion sizes so that we were able to eat most of allof what we ordered. A few knocks: dinner foods plated separately takes up space and makes each plate looks sparse, meltedcheese slices on food are what you might do at home but not at a nice restaurant, and a ledge next to us that needed dusting andremoval of a dead fly. Host walked by on their way outside to... smoke and asked what I needed only to tell me someone will be with me shortly. Had to walk out past several employees smokingat the entrance.
