The layout at this location is a bit chaotic and noisy. The bartender was very kind and helpful though maybe a tad slow to check... in, but they were fairly busy so it's understandable. The food wasn't awesome but still good enough. We felt they skimped a biton the portion of some ingredients and we had random old fries mixed in with our tots. What we liked most was the many beeroptions on tap, and the TV layout. Overall not a bad experience, probably would choose another spot over this one though. Read more
The food was good as always. The service was the best part. We had Grant as our waiter and he was superb at his job. He was so... accommodating, friendly, and efficient. He was always checking on us and was very easy to talk to and joke around with. I hopehe gets the credit he deserves as he is one of the best servers I’ve ever had! Read more
It's a good b-dubs location held back by some inconsistency. Sometimes everything's great, sometimes there's something wrong... like a missed item, one thing coming out cold, or a sporadic server. Read more
Original 2 star review first, update to 5 stars at bottom: Shockingly, we haven't eaten at BDubs since just before COVID... started. We decided to get take out tonight! Boneless BOGO night!!! We ordered 2 sets of 10 boneless, giving us 40 boneless"wings" altogether... Also ordered a large fry, large cheese curds, and 2 bottles of sauces, because one can never have enoughBDubs sauce - let's be honest!!! Ordering the sauce on the side for the 40 boneless wings, we were given only two itty bittyramekins of sauce per 20 wings, I think it was about 1.75oz of sauce per 10 nuggets. Sadly, out of the 4 itty bitty sauces weordered, only 2 of the 4 were actually ones we ordered - 2 were incorrect. Then, the $11 worth of bottled sauces we paid forwere also forgot. (We ordered this for pick up one hour before it was needed. HOWEVER, pick up time was at 6pm during a reallybusy night). The food was HOT though, and was good... Just sad without sauce. First world problems, I know. UPDATE: from 2stars to 5 stars!! I brought my receipt in the next day and talked to the manager during a *non-rush* time. He said we couldjust order some food and he would comp it as an apology. We were given our 2 bottles of sauces from the night before. 15 minuteslater I was on my way with super hot, super fresh food. Since we already had tons of leftover boneless wings, we decided to trya pulled pork/brisket sandwich with BBQ, slaw and onions on it-- IT WAS AMAAAAAAZING... Even better than the wings, and I knowthat is blasphemous to even think... The smoke flavor, quality meat, sauce, and slaw were a total package. Absolutely my newfavorite thing!!! So, without the sauce snafu, I never would have tried the brisket. So, THANK YOU for good customer service!We are all human and mistakes happen-- but it's how you solve the mistakes that say a lot. Busy on a Tuesday night. The Hibiscus Margarita was awesome. The Classic chicken sandwich was ok..a bit dry & not much chicken... in all the breading. Lots of fries.. Service was slow, but they were busy. Read more
My wings had almost no sauce on them... I actually really love bdubs but this location lately has really been skimping on sauce.... That's kinds of the whole point of the wings... my wings were more dry chicken that sauce. Very disappointed in my food. Alsothey cut the size of their ranch containers in half so if you are someone who likes a lot of ranch like me be aware you'll wanttwice as much now. Read more
Food was good can tell it sat for a little bit. That’s to be expected when ordering delivery but a little extra sauce goes a... long way.. I only gave 4 stars because it’s the second place I’ve ordered from that doesn’t provide napkins and plasticwares… is that something you have to ask for now? Just moved in around block and thought I would try takeout; order was screwed up from top to bottom. Classic chicken wrap was... wrong and ordered side of fries, got chips. Ordered traditional wings with Buffalo sauce - no sauce. And wings were so overcooked a couple weren’t worth eating. Big disappointment!! Read more
