Nice enough and everything, it's just I didn't get one of my sandwiches when going through drive thru. I ordered the 2 for $6... big king and a $6 my way deal. Didn't get my second big king, and discovered all my food was cold. Not angry, just disappointed. Read more

I know they had maybe 3 workers in tonight so I tried to be understanding when they forgot the jalepeno poppers in my order but... when I got home and opened up my bacon king there was no bacon in it ???? I basically paid $8 for a cheeseburger. Would’vegone back but the store closed early for the night slightly disappointing, I didn’t realize I needed to look inside my food tomake sure my bacon was there too.. Read more

Rude and can't do math. My order was $4.85 and I gave them a $5 bill and $0.85 cents. I expected and single $1 bill instead I... received $0.90 cents. I asked him to please correct this. He said pull forward and I will fix it. A few minutes later he showedup with a dime and darted away. I gave the money I did so I would get a $1 bill not a dollar in charge get that justunloaded. I politely asked for a $1 bill and was told they can't open the drawer without a sale. I asked politely again as itwas their mistake twice and that is when the Manager was rude. She was already irritated in the background before she even gotto the window. She said, and I quote "I am not giving you a dollar bill you have dollar in change" and "call the cops if youwant" and "your blocking my drive thru for $1? This is ridiculous!" and "call corporate they won't do anything anyway and Iwon't loose my job" and "give him the number to corporate they are just going to send it back to me anyway." All of what shesaid was not good, but the line where she said it would just come back to her anyway is the most concerning. This means at aminimum complaints have happened before. It also means that corporate doesn't care or doesn't take action to correct/eliminatecustomer complaints. If this is how Burger King Corporate Management responds to their own team its no wonder their retailmanagers react the way they do. Top down mentality in action here apparently. That is the point when I decided to formalize thecomplaint and post this review. I do not want her to loose here job and she is probably right in the nothing will happen. Butanyone reading this will know to stay away from this Burget King. Tricia is listed as the Host on the receipt. I am not sure ifthat is the Manager I spoke with but it may be. Ordered a Chocolate shake and a double cheese burger with ketchup only. What I got was a shake with very little Chocolate stuck... to cup, basically just vanilla. Burger had traces of mustard, as if they put it on the burger, then tried to take it off. Allergic to some ingredients in mustard. Was unable to eat it! This was thru the drive thru. One car in front of me, and onlyone behind me. Not like I came through on a very busy rush. Simply not paying attention. I had to go get lunch elsewhere. Read more

Honestly... the best of all other locations in this area. For real. They switched up their uniform code back to the old school... brown/orange...a nice change that's more professional looking. They're drive-thru is polite and respectful. My order has alwaysbeen accurate and fresh (no wilted/bad fries etc) One of the few best stops for a decent fast food dinner, on the way home.Better than nearby McDonald's. Read more

I feel bad leaving a review, because I felt so sorry for the staff. They were working so hard and the new employees were trying... so hard and just getting yelled at by customers. So I wasnt about to send anything back. Anyway- it was bad enough to wrotethis, but hopefully you have a better experience and I was just there at a bad time. 990 44th Street Location I want to express my disappointment with this location when it comes to food. The employees are ok, but... if you order from here always double check your order. I have lost count of many times this has happen. This morning I was in arush, I have to admit it. I didn't check my order until I got home. I went to the drive thru once, did my first order Fewminutes later I returned and order some more food. 1st order was a sandwich missing 2nd order was the wrong order. 2nd ordertotal was $9.08 I paid with a $10, cashier wanted to give me back $7 something back, so I mentioned to her and gave it back.
